Beyond 2: Darkness - Sneak Peek 1
"De pieptonen klinken als alarmbellen die afgaan in mijn oren. Alsof iets gevaarlijks dichterbij komt en dat ik luttele seconden heb om te keren en weg te rennen. Ik hoor de telefoon overgaan. Elke pieptoon is een seconde langer dat ik mijn adem inhoud. Dan hoor ik haar stem." ~ Beyond 2: Darkness, 2013

Random: Trainseats analysis
How to ensure that you are the only one seated in your block on the train (Netherlands).
I like sitting alone. I can listen to music and read a book without hindrance. It gives me comfort and much needed rest after a long day of hard work. I think everyone deserves and wishes for this, especially in a train. So, after careful observation, I have made the following conclusions based on 6 years of experience as to what is the best way to ensure you are alone when seated in the train:
1. Sit where there are two seats next to eachother facing the back of the next row. This means not facing two other chairs.
2. If you Have to sit in these four-seat spaces, make sure you sit on the side where you ride forwards. This means that the train is going in the direction you're facing. Alot of people get motion sickness when sitting in the opposite direction of where the train is heading, because it moves your body differently when riding/coming to a stop. Though, not everyone is bothered by this.
3. Be huge: either big, fat or long. Any of these is good and if you have two of them, it ups your chances even more. People like to sit next to tiny people, because they think they have more space.
4. Have long legs, so the other passengers don't want to waste their time trying to pass your feet to get to the seat opposite of you.
5. Have alot of luggage on you and spread it out on the chairs. Having a suitcase is even better. People don't want to make you go through the effort of removing all the stuff from the bench so they can sit.
6. Never look at passengers coming inside the train. They will choose your seat over someone elses, because you're basically inviting them in.
7. Pretend you're busy with something. Fiddle with your i-Pod or your phone to make them not pay attention to you. Anything so the passenger doesn't want to waste his time on you.
8. Eat something smelly. People don't want to sit next to you when you're eating something, especially if it smells or leaves crumbs all over the place.
9. If you're a boy, then the chances are highly unlikely a girl will sit next to you. If you are a girl, then the chances are highly unlikely a boy will sit next to you. This, however, changes depending on the age of the passenger(s). Even your age.
10. Sitting on the side closest to the corridor (instead of the window) will make it less likely people will want to sit next to you. This however, is undesired by many, because staring out of the window is something people often like to do. I only recommend it if you don't care about the scenery.
Well these are my tips on being a twat in the train and serving your own needs. :D I enjoy being one, as I get to keep my seats all to myself and I didn't even have to shoo the passengers away for it!

Songs and writing a book
I just realised I used 4 songs to create a story as big as a book and they all have a specific target/goal.
1. Katy Perry - Supernatural: The seed. The starting point from which the idea for the story was created and developed.
2. Illusions - Thomas Bergersen: The magic. The thing that makes you want to read. The oomph of the story, which gives it uniqueness.
3. Undisclosed Desires - Muse: The backgroundstory. The why's, what's, how's and when's of the main characters and everything that has to do with their motivation and history.
4. Salvation - Two Steps from Hell: The hero factor. Every story needs all the characters to be the heroes of their own storyline. Each person has a goal, a purpose to fullfill, based on feelings. These four created the outlining of the book. I look forward to the day this book is published. I am sure when you read it and listen to these songs you will recognize exactly when I used which song to write to.
Motto of the Day:
Imperfection defines our uniqueness and difference from the people around us, thus imperfection equals beauty, because beauty would not exist if everyone would look perfectly the same.
Gackt: a muscician the world needs to appreciate! Best voice I ever heard!
"You're the next Next Decade Before the goal lies the start line Aim, for faraway Hurry on, even covered in scars The future of this world is now...in your hands"
Another good source for inspiration!

Beautiful Song which I use to write my book. This is how the characters came to life, especially one called Simon. Love it!

Ik voel de radeloosheid in mijn buik borrelen als ik me besef dat de enige persoon die altijd van me heeft gehouden iets is overkomen. - Beyond, 2012
The song I have been listening to every day for the past month. Ten chapters have been written solely with the help of this song. Breathtaking inspiration. <3
