I would save both of them! First I would get one of my large amputating knives and wave it around threateningly. Then I would go grab captain Alex and sling her over my shoulder. I hand her a knife and she and I secure our cool navigator safely. Now we all have knives and we round up all the enemy pirates and drive them into the water. Then we have some celebratory rum.
