After about three years of drawing pretty much only Sherlock Fanart, I decided to try my hand at some Welcome to Nightvale fanart. Here is my first attempt at an interpretation of Cecil. I want him to have freckles for some reason. And I decided to ditch the glasses for this one, although I'll add them in the next one I do. Please let me know what you think.
