My blog was created so I could help people understand things about the Law of Assumption/Manifestation I may have struggled to understand at some point in time. As well a including tips, strategies, and overall, anything manifestation! (I sometimes go a little outside the guidelines some have made regarding loa/manifestation because its what makes sense and resonates with me. That being said, focus on things that you specifically resonate with, on my page, and in loa/manifestation in general)

please i need help on how to deal with negative thoughts and doubts and anxiety while manifesting

as Beginner 😫🙏🏾

hey babe, okay first, breathe. you are so not alone in this, like genuinely every single person who has ever practiced loa has been exactly where you are right now.

so here's the thing nobody tells beginners. the negative thoughts and doubts don't mean you're doing it wrong. they mean you're human and you've spent your whole life before this moment being trained by the 3D to trust what you see over what you choose to believe. unlearning that takes time. it's not supposed to feel effortless on day one.

a few things that actually help.

stop trying to make the negative thought go away the second it shows up. that turns it into a fight and fighting a thought gives it more power, not less. instead just notice it, let it be there, and gently go "okay, noted" and turn your attention somewhere else. like changing the channel, not slamming the door.

don't aim for 100% belief right away. aim for relief. find the version of the thought that feels just slightly lighter. not "i definitely have this" if that feels like a lie, but maybe "it's possible for me" or "i'm allowed to want this." small steps your nervous system can actually accept.

remind yourself that doubt is not the opposite of manifesting, doubt is just old evidence talking. it's not new information, it's just a habit. you get to build a new habit on top of it, slowly, with repetition.

and anxiety especially, that one's not really a mindset issue, that's a nervous system issue. so be gentle with your body too. breathe slow, ground yourself, drink water, rest when you need to. a calm body believes a lot easier than an anxious one.

you don't have to be fearless to start. you just have to keep coming back, gently, every time you drift. that's literally the whole practice. 🤍

See something you don't like? Express the opposite of it

It happens to all of us. We step infront of the mirror and have to look at something we don't like about ourselves. And, its often paired with a self-hating remark. That is the mistake.

The second that comment leaves our mouth, it begins to fester in the statis of our consciousness, unconsciousness, and universe. This can be dangerous.

The more we physically put that narrative out there, the more true it becomes. Its an evil cycle. So unfortunately, that extra fat on your arms or the bump on your nose could've been delt with already. But you had to keep dwelling on it instead.

And even if we choose not to say anything when we see something we don't like, it still wont do much help. It just neutralizes the issue. And why do that, when we can fix it?

Thats why you should make it a point to say something good. Even if you don't believe/see it yet. The more you repeat something, the more true it becomes. Just like the bad comments.

Ofcourse though, this is easier said than done. One's first instinct after seeing something we don't like is probably to comment negatively on it. But don't let it be. Make commenting positively on it your first instinct instead. Fight those bad thoughts. Even if you have to lie to yourself.

Here's some examples:

"My skin is so bad" ➡️ "my skin is perfect!"

"My hair is so thin" ➡️ "my hair is thick and luscious!"

"I'm so fat" ➡️ "my body is perfectly thin!"

"My belly is huge" ➡️ "my belly is so flat!"

"I'm so ugly" ➡️ "I'm so beautiful!"

So, the next time you see something you don't like about yourself, don't let that mean comment come out. Say what you'd want to see instead. And before you know it, it is what you'll see!

Be okay with it taking time.

There are so many things I manifested that took a little bit of time to actually be able to see. I'd vehemently manifest but get disappointed because I thought it hadn't worked. Little did I know then, but it did work, because I'd have it months later.

Some examples of mine: getting rid of anxiety completely (up to 6 months), losing weight (up to 6 months, still going), becoming prettier (7 months, still going), no more depression (6 months), overall not being a chud anymore (5 months)

Now, part of the reason it may have taken this long is because I was still very amateur when it came to manifesting. I didn't yet fully understand that I had to actually embody the understanding that I already have what I want. But even with this down, it can still take time.

Understanding and being okay with the fact that it might take time is definitely important, because its just something that happens sometimes.

Now, thats not to say that things can't come fast, because they can. But being okay with whatever amount of time it may take, will probably even increase the likelihood that it will come quickly.

My Law Of Assumption/Manifestation theory.

[Disclaimer: I randomly thought about this a little while ago and everything clicked for me. But I wouldn't be surprised if someone else already has this same idea. And if anything, it only validates it!]

You're desire to manifest something directly comes from the subconscious knowledge of already having it in another dimension (the one your ideal self lives in).

Let me explain; Nothing in life happens at random, even the bad things. Say you became broke (although it could be anything, this is just an example). Sure, this is terrible. But its secretly a good thing. Atleast in the eyes of your true self. It may sound crazy, but you were meant to become broke, so that you could become rich. Because during that time of being broke, you discover your inner powers of controlling what happens to your life by practicing manifesting.

Every idea you may get for something you desire, and subsequently manifest for, is just your conscious discovering something your true self already has. In the dimension where it has absolutely everything you want.

Every version of you is ultimately trying to reach that standard set by your true self. You in every dimension, eventually finds their power, and uses it to become who they should be.

So, those desires aren't random. Even if you think they are. Examples of this may be; seeing an actress in a movie with the perfect hair color, you start manifesting for the same. You were MEANT to see that movie. You see your SP talking to another girl, you start manifesting he talk to you instead. They were MEANT to be talking.

Hopefully this makes sense, and gives a good understanding to those who resonate with it.

No point in saying "I will have" if you can just say "I DO have"

You have the ability to affirm ANYTHING you want to. Why stop short by saying "I will have this, I'm going to have this, this will be mine, etc." Its like making yourself wait for something, when you don't need to.

When affirming like this, it gives the impression of uncertainty. And ofcourse, uncertainty is not at all helpful in manifestation. If anything, being certain is one of the, if not the most important elements of manifesting.

So when manifesting, make sure you're certain in your words. KNOW you have it. Be confident. "I AM this, I HAVE this, I SEE this, etc."

Fantasizing vs. Manifesting ❤︎

Welcome Angels 🎀ᥫ᭡ today I’ll be quickly discussing the distinction between fantasizing and manifesting, explaining that many people remain stuck in a cycle of desire because they are not truly shifting their identity.

YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION

While fantasizing keeps you in a passive, future-focused state, manifesting leads to obvious actions. When you embody your desire your mind naturally mobilizes you to take the necessary steps needed to make it a reality.

REALITY VS. FANTASY

fantasy is often logical and safe, keeping your life the same. manifesting can appear to delusional to others because it requires believing in things that haven’t materialized yet. you have to step into the mindset that anything is possible and easily attainable in your life. Don’t let others discourage you or let limiting beliefs keep you down

EGO

fantasy is an ego-driven escape that feels safe and doesn’t threaten your current identity. Manifestation requires shifting your thoughts and identity which feels challenging and uncomfortable.

RESPONSIBILITY

instead of waiting for outside forces to change your circumstances, accept total responsibility for your internal state and understand that you have the power to change your reality from the inside and out

Never give up hope

No matter how discouraged, no matter how disappointed you are, do not give up hope.

It hurts to not be able to see what we want right infront of us, and it brings on a lot of frustration. But giving up hope is the last thing you want to do. Simply keeping the knowledge in mind that you DO have what you want and you WILL be able to see it soon is such an important part of being able to manifest. Don't let the physical world get you down. YOU are the deciding factor in your own life, YOU are in control of what happens around you. The world lives around you.

Being able to stay positive, hopeful, and faithful is such a strong power and it can do so much more than you may realize. Because there is nothing that can't be done. Remember that. Its all in your hands.
