Email/phone your elected reps at the state AND federal level to briefly, firmly, politely express your opposition to the SCOTUS majority, your support for a constitutional amendment, and your support for the impeachment of the SCOTUS six.
Your state government can't change federal law, but they can pass a resolution in support of curtailing this absurd power grab on behalf of the federal government.

A couple comments on this model email.
Your message will probably be read, not by your elected rep, but by their overworked young staffers. (This is more true for higher offices than for your city reps, but even your city reps have staff.) If they get a lot of email on the same subject, they're probably just trying to make a tally of the public's opinions. "Hey, boss, we received 47 emails about this issue, with 44 against absolute immunity and only 3 in favor." So that's why you want to keep your message short and focused.
You may have noticed that I didn't characterize the SCOTUS majority as corrupt far-right boot-lickers. They are, but that's a side issue. (You can write a separate email about SCOTUS if you feel so moved.) The other reason I didn't characterize them as far-right is that I don't want to activate the reader's assumptions about my partisanship. Likewise, I didn't name any president, presidential candidate or political party.
If you use certain words like "Founders" and "freedoms" you may come across as more politically moderate or even right-leaning than you actually are. Good. Let 'em be confused about you. Complaining about a federal power grab is also good for making them think you're a moderate. Just don't make a false claim about your party affiliation, because they can get that information if they want it.
If they're moderate or on the right, using "Founders" and "freedoms" and such may even pull at their heartstrings. But don't spend too much time trying to work in those USA patriotism keywords, because the staffer who reads your message may only be keeping a tally as mentioned above.
You might also have noticed that while my OP suggests that state/local governments can only pass resolutions disapproving of the SCOTUS decision, my model email suggests an actual binding law can be passed in defiance of the ruling. That's because I woke up this morning with the realization that if the pro-forced birthers can do it, we can too.
There is absolutely nothing stopping the city of Nowheretownberg from criminalizing lawless Presidential acts. Such a statute might or might not stand, and it is wildly unlikely to ever be put into action, but the point of doing it is to (try to) lock your city government into opposing absolute Presidential immunity.
If you support a purely symbolic criminal statute like this, then your electeds will know you also support them taking less extreme steps such as passing non-binding resolutions.
And here's a thing I did not learn in my junior high civics class:
City governments talk to each other. State governments talk to each other. They coordinate and workshop ideas. If you get your city government to criminalize lawless presidenting, your reps might encourage other local governments to do the same, which means activists in your neighboring towns will face less of a heavy lift.
Absolutely vital information to have if you live where the waters freeze over.

If you live in the EU are or an EU citizen and your account gets deleted for any reason you think isn't justified, please consider doing the following:
1. Make sure to collect evidence of what happened on your end.
2. Contact Tumblr support and tell them you are requesting your data under the GDPR and that as part of the request you want them to state what specific personal data they collected justified the deletion of your account. If they refuse to do either, state that they are under a legal obligation to provide this data to you, that they should forward your request to and put you in contact with their "Data Protections Officer", and that if they do not comply, you will alert the relevant "Data Protection Authority".
3. If in step 2 they showed evidence of some kind of discrimination or did not furnish reasonable information, or you suspect they are lying, do the following: Find either the data protection authority (DPA) of your country of residence or that of Ireland (may be a better choice if your government discriminates against queer people) on the EU website, on the website of the DPA you should be able to find guidance on how to submit a complaint. Try to follow their guidelines but also make sure that in your complaint you state that: your account was unjustifiably deleted, what measures you took under step 2, and what Tumblr responded with.
Basically your goal with the above should be to get Tumblr to show that they either had no reason to delete your account or discriminated against you when deleting it. With substantiated claims, the DPA can essentially force the company to fix their behaviour (reinstate your account) and if there is a pattern, the DPA may fine the company. You can also usually claim monetary compensation (including for e.g emotional damage) for such discrimination or other violations of the GDPR in small claims or similar court (contact a lawyer in your jurisdiction, there are quite a few that offer consumers advice who don't charge fees unless you win compensation).
