It was allowed! And it still is.

It just seemed largely suspicious to me that one vote had almost triple the amount of voters than the other two and Sands was winning over Avalon just 13 minutes before the end of the vote

With Google survey, it's still anonymous, but you can vote with a Google account just once. Because making a new Tumblr acc is like. super easy.

In that case, do it with a Google form and require people to sign in to vote (it’ll still be anonymous, it just means you can’t vote more than once). You can still make a new Gmail account I guess, but it’s a lot more effort than making a new tumblr account and people won’t be able to see the results at all before the poll is closed.
