Thank you to everyone that helped out with the July goal! Rent was paid in time to avoid eviction!
Until I'm able to find a job $1,209 is the total gap between our income and our monthly rent and utilities.
This amount does not include food, toiletries, or medical expenses. We’d appreciate any help with these but the goal is to prioritize the roof over our heads and the utilities. Our only source of income depends on remaining housed.

Rent is due in 4 days. Please consider donating if at all possible so that we can get August rent paid on time, avoid another $250 late fee, and continue to avoid the $1,200 eviction fee for rent paid later than the 9th. Everything we have is going towards rent and utilities. There’s nothing left for food or toiletries and our phones are 5 days away from being disconnected again. Every single donation helps!
Rent is due tomorrow. We haven't made any progress in fact we have $50 less than before after having to buy sanitary products. We really can't afford the late fees charged on the 4th, and the $60 fee our scum fuck apartment complex charges us for what must be the most draining task of sending the email template eviction notice.
We're out of food with no way to get groceries without dipping into rent money. Our phone service is on the verge of disconnection so if any jobs call me back I'll never know after the 2nd.
We've applied and been denied for food stamps, rent assistance, payday loans, every single one of those small loan or split rent companies you could possibly think of. There are no other options at this point.

Right now we have $726.92. If the full rent balance isn’t paid by around 11:30pm tomorrow the late fee will be added and once the eviction notice is sent a fee for that will be added as well.
If this goal is reached and we can pay rent on time this would finally give us space to breathe!
The upcoming Fall pay schedule for my wife’s job is significantly better timed and there are more opportunities for overtime coming up.
We could afford to pay September rent and utilities, the past due portion of our phone bill, and finally see our PCP for the concerning medical issues that have gone unaddressed.

Our phone service is disconnected so now I have to pray any jobs reaching out will do so by email. Even using the entirety of my wife’s check this week will still leave us short $714 for rent and still in need of raising funds not only to cover the gap for September rent but also to get our phone service back on.
