Trying to write my Verstave WIP was giving me hives this morning, because it's so plotty and intricate and I still haven't decided for sure about some of the timey-wimey things that need settled before I can really work out the details.

So I gave up on it and started on a Clea/Simon kinky one-shot that's been rolling around in my brain. Gotta love undernegotiated kink and bad BDSM etiquette. Clea Dessendre is a freak and nothing will convince me otherwise, because she made the Lampmaster WELL BEFORE any events of the game, just to fuck with her baby brother. (Simon, meanwhile, is a golden retriever who's just happy to be getting knocked around by a mean, pretty girl.)

I know I'm deep in a new fandom when I have 3k worth of Verstave fic written (not posted) and I'm rewatching cutscenes in the game to take notes on characterizations.
