today was hard
I don’t even really know why. I had nothing on my schedule until 9:30pm (I work from home and my main client lives in Australia so I often work late, as it’s her morning and I like working late anyway)
I just feel so overwhelmed by everything.
My weight feeling out of control My apartment being messy all the time My relationship feeling more like work than anything beneficial My work piling up My money that’s quickly running out again
I think I just wasn’t busy enough today, it gave me too much time to think and also I felt unproductive which is a huge trigger of anxiety for me. I just want to curl up and cry myself to sleep.
oh well. tomorrow may be better.
