Damnn!!! Love your art, if you have time, your slasher AU intrigues me to no end, could you elaborate on it, or is it patreon only??? Whatever the answer YOU’RE AMAZING LOVE YOU!!!
It’s like “slasher basic tropes: the AU” haha, except Jamie and Mako stays together in the end. It’s just how Jamie goes with a group of people to travel through the Australian Outback to go to a concert in the middle of the desert (something like the burning man or some similar shit) They really don't know eachother, Jamie just found this group of people on the internet who were going together to this concert in a van so he just join them, he just needed to pay for the gas and the food so it was a great oportunity. It is a trip of several days so when they can they stop in the small towns and service stations that they find along the road until they reach this village of farmers that supports itself economically thanks to a slaughterhouse. You know how everything goes, small town with strangely friendly people but with a secret that only its inhabitants know, some guys from the group start to disappear, the townspeople start to be more hostile until only our dear final boy Jamie remains. To escape from the town people Jamie ends up entering the slaughterhouse since in the town he was not safe, perhaps to look for a telephone or just to hide until his pursuers leave. That's where he meets the butcher along with the secret that the town kept (blah blah blah oh no it's human meat of the tourists and travelers who ended up in that town!) Mako chases after Jamie, but he makes it difficult to kill him, at a certain point this is fun for Mako since Jamie is quite resourceful at running away and even fighting back so he desides to keep him (alive and as entertainment) In the end, Jamison's little brain really goes for the adrenaline rush and the sense of danger that being chased by Mako gives him so when he had the opportunity to get a radio in an old police car with a direct line to the nearest city he decided not to call, after all he has no where or what to go back to. So he comes back to Mako.
