Before you fake a disorder or hype it up, just know what you’re promoting.
Make sure to stay healthy, drink lots of water and take care of yourself.

Rapid weight loss, then rapid weight gain
Constantly bloated
Eye blood vessels popping
Broken nails
Bruising literally everywhere even if nothings happened
The scent of food making you nauseous
Feeling full after a mouthful, but then binging the same night
The guilt you feel even going near food
The chest pains
The headaches after purging
The acne
Seeing your loved ones around you worried, but you literally can not stop this cycle
Hoping you’ll live just one more day
Weighing almost every single day
