We are a group of Stardew Valley lovers who through the power of AO3, Discord, and Tumblr, have created a safe space to encourage and support one another. All headcanons and blorbos welcome!

I’m not a writer yet / I’m an artist, can I join?

Yes! We also welcome mod developers and fandom members just looking to support. That being said, the focus in the guild will ALWAYS be fanfic writing, it is not a general Stardew fan server. 

I’ve seen your Writer of the Week and Fic Rec posts, how do I get featured?

Writer of the Week is a random lottery that our members opt into. You can sign up for it as soon as you join, no questions asked! All you need is at least one Stardew fic uploaded somewhere to qualify. Fic Rec posts are mainly to showcase our writers, but occasionally a member will submit a fic they enjoyed reading from someone outside the guild. 

Can I join if I’m a minor?

Yes! We welcome minors, all NSFW content is in locked Discord channels and AO3 links are clearly tagged for reader discretion. The majority of us are adults, though. 

Does the guild take requests?

We do not take requests through this page, because it'd be a blind exchange and we just can’t know if the requester and writer would be a good fit. However, I'll list our individual members who ARE taking requests below. Please always be respectful, do not spam, and read each writer’s posted guidelines.

I've been chipping away at a Penny/werewolf!Alex oneshot for a month or so now, but with everything going on my brain's been too fried to really work on my fics. So I got struck with doodling this!

The collar is just a part of my canon when I ship Alex and Penny now. That was only supposed to be part of Trust the Simulation but now it's gonna pop into any Alex/Penny fic I write skjjkshkc

I'm also considering taking the oneshot and making it into a multi-chaptered longfic, just to play around with this AU some more. Primarily because of one scene that's gotten trapped in my skull but that I wouldn't be happy with without an emotional build up to it.

I dunno, we'll see!

Chapter Twenty-Three: Awkward First Meetings and Not Quite Goodbyes

Summary: Kent returns to Pelican Town, and the gang breaks into the abandoned JojaMart.

Overall Fic Summary:

Nate’s life is an absolute dumpster fire, but he gets a chance to turn his life around when he moves to Grandpa’s farm with his sister. He’s quickly swept away by the valley’s magical secrets and an incredibly distracting blond mullet.

Alternative title: Magical Realism and Lots and Lots of Gay Sex

Excerpt:

"Did your dad, uh . . . did he say anything about me, after we left?" Nate asks.

"No, but I think that's a good thing. And he actually said more words to you than he's said the whole time he's been back," Sam says.

The full moon shines down on the pair as they walk toward town, hands intertwined and swinging between them. Shadowy figures come into view at the base of the mountain path, the sound of quiet giggling carrying in the still night air.

"I don't know about this," Maru says, once the whole gang is together.

"You worry too much," Abby replies. "We'll be fine."

"What if we get caught?"

"Scatter," Nate says. "They can't catch us all."

"Who's they, anyway?" Sebastian asks. "No one's even awake." He makes a broad, sweeping gesture with his cigarette, the bright red cherry arcing through the darkness and highlighting the darkened windows of every house in town.

Breaking into an abandoned JojaMart is a lot less frightening that introducing your boyfriend to your dad. Or at least that's what Sam tells himself as the building looms ominously in the distance.

"I'll try again," Maru says, her eyes darting back and forth across the path. "Why are we doing this?"

"Shits . . . giggles, because we can?" Nate shrugs. He clicks on his flashlight and points it at the padlock on the front doors so Seb can see.

"Where'd you even learn to do that?" Maru asks as Sebastian takes out two long slender pieces of metal and starts picking the lock.

"Mind your business," he says. The lock clicks open.

Every clink of the chain as it uncoils from the door handles sends a little electric thrill through Sam. He can't help glancing around, waiting for someone to burst from the shadows and catch them in the act, but no one is there. They all quietly slip inside the store, one after the other.

Fun Fact about yourself? I've been a hardcore Dungeons and Dragons player since 2019! My best friends and I have been playing campaigns and we get so into it - we even started recording sessions and we have them up on youtube! Other than that I'm a prolific reader, do a ton of gardening and train dogs for work!

How long have you been writing fanfiction? since I was about 11…i started with writing My Little Pony fanfic, had a few original works on Chickensmoothie.com (iykyk X3) and got back into writing fanfic with TAZ back in 2018

Favourite SDV character to write? Abigail! Her sense of adventure and interest in the occult and combat is something I've been itching to explore more!

Favourite tropes/genre to write? Gasp! there was only one bed! Friends to lovers, Emotional hurt/comfort, fluffy romance, OT3, and tragic love stories that end not happily, but optimistically.

Your most popular SDV fanfic? by far it's my main fic, I Know I'll Make It Home

Your SDV underdog fic you wish more people would give a chance? Not sure if this counts, but it's gotta be my current WIP, Desert Wishes. I feel like I've improved a lot since I finished IKIMIH in terms of writing, pacing, and story…Desert Wishes is still pretty new, but I feel like it could surpass IKIMIH!

Hear me out: Alex/Haley/Player OT3. Can anyone hear me. Please, hello. I just think the dynamic of perhaps Alex and Haley having an 'on again off again' situationship that they have to actually address when a new face comes into town fascinating ok? Neither of them wanting to admit that its more than casual and then this farmer comes around and more than not wanting to lose each other, they dont want to lose the player. Chef's kiss

Anyway, he was only being a good PT by checking Alex's form and correcting it in a hands-on manner. Those frequent bicep squeezes he kept giving Alex were merely motivational. And look how Alex responded; eagerly, and with renewed focus. Always wanting to adjust into to the touch, to lean in, to flex back. See? All completely normal PT behaviour. Only this wasn't normal, and Kent knew it. Just how he knew the tighter clothes were to catch Alex's attention. He wanted Alex. Down in the dirt, on the hay bales, up against the spa wall. On the disused train platform. Anywhere.

Excerpt:

The relief Sam had been feeling after E's speedy leap into action dissipates slowly as he walks with Nate back to the farmhouse. An insidious coil of nerves creeps up through the frozen ground under his feet and makes a home in his belly, slithering uncomfortably through the Joja Cola and maple bar he'd scarfed down that morning and coiling into a tight bundle of icy dread.

It's bad enough that his last few paychecks had been more abysmal than usual. He'd been staying at Nate's place near constantly. It's mostly because he wants to spend every waking second with his boyfriend, but a small part of him knows that eating there takes some of the pressure off Ma when it comes to grocery bills. He eats a lot, and though Ma never complains about it, he knows it stresses her out sometimes. He can't help but feel guilty about eating Nate's food, but he also knows Nate would think that's a stupid thing to worry about, so he never brings it up.

'What the fuck am I supposed to do now?'

He could continue to freeload off of Nate. And he knows Nate won't care. But he doesn't want to do that. His walk becomes more of a sullen trudge the closer they get to their destination. Now that he's officially out of a job, he can't help but feel like a burden.

Nate seems to sense the stormclouds brewing. He wraps his arm around Sam's waist and slides his hand into the pocket of Sam's winter coat.

"Hey," Nate says, lightly nudging into his side. "You okay?"

The tone of Nate's voice is unusually serious, and that only makes the dread settle in deeper. Sam doesn't reply, the toxic swirl of guilt and anxiety firmly gluing his mouth shut. His shoulders hike up, almost in a shrug, and his eyes stay fixed on his boots crunching through the snow. He can feel his cheeks heating up despite the cold, little hot pinpricks well up in his eyes. He swipes at his face, angry at it for betraying his emotions.

Nate stops in his tracks, pulling at Sam as he tries to continue trudging on. "Hey, look at me," he says.

Sam tries to do it, but his head pulls in the opposite direction instead. The sudden urge to bolt flares up in his mind, bright and shiny and strobing. His legs want to run so badly they itch.

That comforting arm leaves Sam's waist, and suddenly there are hands cupping his cheeks, forcing his head to turn. Sam's eyes make the long and painful trek to Nate's face, focusing in on his nose, still reluctant to make eye contact.

"When I said we'd figure it out, I was serious, dude," Nate says firmly, keeping his grip on Sam's face and preventing him from turning away again.

"It's not like there's other jobs around here," Sam mumbles, his words barely audible.

Stardust and Sunlight

I was so very excited to be able to commission the wonderful @mypillowis once again to draw this lovely tender moment between my Lyra and Harvey. I am completely in awe over just how beautiful this is. Lyra looks so pretty and her eyes are just stunning. Harvey looks so handsome and the way they are looking at each other is making me absolutely melt! Thank you so much for working with me once again!

Harvey is utterly enchanted by the girl who takes his breath away, then she puts her hands on his heart, letting him know she'll always be there. Is this from their past? Or is this a glimpse into their future?

Holding Back, Holding On

A little while ago, I mentioned I'd rewritten my very first spicy fic, Lyra and Harvey's first date and first time. Something made me want to go back in and write a second chapter, the morning after, from Harvey's POV. It was so much fun to go back in, write some of their silly banter, write those tender feelings of the morning after, and gave me the chance to write Lyra finding out just how lovely Harvey's hands really are. He relaxed into her as his lips met hers again and again and his hand wandered, fingertips smoothing over the curve of her breast, thumb brushing over her nipple, his mouth watering as it hardened with every pass. His cock twitched. He flushed deeply when he realised what he was doing.

‘Sorry, sweetheart.’ He smiled sheepishly; he hadn’t really intended for his hands to roam so freely.

‘Don’t be...’ Lyra smirked. ‘I always wondered if you would be a little handsy in the morning. You just confirmed my suspicions.’

‘Guilty as charged.’ He squeezed gently and kissed her again.

His arousal grew as she slipped her tongue into his mouth. He lost himself as he savoured her kiss, his thoughts wandering as he remembered the previous night, when he'd dragged his lips down her body, the way she throbbed against his tongue, the taste of her pleasure. He groaned, deepening their kiss.

‘So, you thought about waking up with me often?’ He raised an eyebrow as they parted, gazing into her pretty eyes.
