I’ve received a shipping notification not so long ago, is there a way to track out order?

No, unfortunately, we don’t do tracking numbers on our orders. If you feel like it has been way too long since your order has been shipped and you still didn’t receive it, please, send us an email. 

We just answered a very similar ask a few moments ago, feel free to check it out for a little more information about our shipping process and what to do when your order takes too long to arrive.

Is there a way I can track my package? I know it can take a while but I just wanna know where it is right now

Unfortunately, we didn’t do tracking on our orders, the post office we use is very trustworthy and we rarely had missing orders, we understand the enjoyment of tracking a dearly anticipated package but shipping outside Europe would get a bit too expensive for our customers. 

If you are from the USA your order should take about a month max to arrive. If you don’t receive it after that time period it means it will be redelivered to us and we will contact you about it. If it doesn’t arrive at you nor us we will ship you a new order and we can add a tracking number if you so desire, however, as said before, tracking costs a bit more and we would ask you to cover the tracking costs (depending on the weight of your order it could be from +5 to 10$)

Last day of Leftover Sales

Heart of the Valley Final Sale

UPDATES + Special Sale

Hope everyone is doing well! All the new orders have been shipped! You should  expect to get your package in about 3 to 4 weeks, shipping services have been a little slower than usual so give it some time.

FAQ + Surprise Sale

Hi everyone, we’ve been getting a lot of emails and asks and wanted to answer some of the most frequent ones. 

So let’s address the biggest question:

What’s going on with shipping? 

Due to the current pandemic going on we have put the shipping process in on hold for a while. However the pdfs from new orders have been sent

Do you still have left overs?

Yes we still have a bunch of leftovers, all the details are on our bigcartel page. We update it after every order!

Which manufacturer did you use?

Mixam for Zines, Zap creatives for Charms, local printers for Prints, Postcards and Bookmarks and our Buttons and Sticker sheets were made by a local artist who offers merch production services.

Now for the big news, we will be doing a leftover sale to get rid of the products that weren’t sold during these months.

During the first batch on the previous weeks we received some back due to changes of adressed and other ocasions and now those too have been re-sent.

Hi! I was wondering if you plan on doing any leftover sales for this zine? I wasn't able to afford it when you had preorders open, but if you plan on selling any extras I would jump on the chance to buy !

Yes, we plan on opening leftover sales mid-august! We want to be sure everyone gets their package before getting new orders. We will announce it when we reopen the store

Look what arrived today!!! I was so excited to see pre-orders of @stardewvalleyzine on my dash months ago and I had to grab it! It was such a surprise and I love it! Just showing a few things because I want everyone else to be surprised by the wonderful merch as well! The packaging was A++. 👍🏾👌🏾
