Non-Sequitur Gore Zine - Issue 1 Vol. 1
Non-Sequitur Gore is all about pop culture experiences and the ways they have changed us, profoundly or otherwise. I envision Non-Sequitur Gore to be a space to bring awareness to the ways in which our media consumption has influenced our biases, subconscious, beliefs, and the ways we interact with one another. I see pop culture as a jumping-off point, where we begin by looking at the interstices of our experiences and can unravel our point of view through shining a critical lens on what kind of effect media has had on our lives. It is my hope that future issues of Non-Sequitur Gore will explore a wide range of topics.
This issue of Non-Sequitur Gore explores our very first experiences with pop culture. The first moments where we noticed something different in our awareness. It features:
