Day 6! ✨This was supposed to be a messy sketch for today but oh well. Anyways, this was originally supposed to be yesterday’s drawing hence the ChronoTale theme but I decided to keep it for today for the “on stage” theme. (Yes, I know he isn’t wearing the lil bandanna here, I haven’t forgot it, it’s just before he started wearing it. He may or may not have been influenced by Crono to start wearing one.) Also yea, this is a redraw of the one Undertale The Musical scene during Death By Glamour, haha.

I forgot to post days 3 and 4 here, dammit. But here! Days 3, 4 and 5! Mettaton’s initial form, ghost, and ChronoTale! I’ve decided he sometimes wears a lil bandanna (a trait he may or may not have picked up from Crono) and his color scheme is slightly different compared to his Undertale counterpart.

Gonna be changing Mad Dummy’s pronouns to she/her when I revise the chapters since I’m pretty sure I wrote the chapter before Mad Mew Mew debuted (either that or before I was super familiar with Maddie, anyway), so y’all can look forward to that :)

And to those of you who may argue and say “well, it’s before she transitioned! It’s okay!” I say no! I wouldn’t refer to Mettaton pre-transition as “they”, his pronouns ARE he/him. It’s exactly the same as you wouldn’t refer to a trans person with their old pronouns when talking about before they transitioned, it’s just insensitive.

Hey hey hey, what’s up. It’s ya boi

I know things are slow, with my life being so hectic right now (along with depression kicking my ass) but! I wanted to give a quick update. Been thinking about ChronoTale again on and off since Man on The Internet uploaded the entirety of Chrono Trigger the Musical and I’ve been wanting to work on it [ChronoTale] again (I have a little bit btw). I was thinking before I uploaded any new chapters tho, I wanted to revise some of the old ones. Recently made a new Undertale-sona and kinda wanted to incorporate them into the story somehow, maybe edit them in, in a smooth way that doesn’t disrupt the story. I dunno, I’ll think of something. If I had to edit the story a little bit, it’d be in a subtle and believable way. I don’t want it to be drastically different. But anyway, that’s all for now. Hope to see y’all relatively soon. 👋
