tony was wearing a bulletproof vest at the showcase for the jericho missile. when the soldiers donât talk to him on the ride back, when they donât respond to his prompts, he speaks up and calls them out on it (âyouâre making me feel like Iâm going to a court martialâ)â because silence to him is the absence of information, and that in of itself it a threat.
when the humvee blows up, he shouts at the soldier to give him a gun. he always expects something to go wrong, and plans for it. at any given moment, he is analyzing everybodyâs body language around him, every aspect of the situation, and he is making a plan. a backup plan. a follow up plan. a âin case all else failsâ plan.
thereâs no better example of âknowledge is powerâ than when looking at tony stark.
