have you seen the final bnd trailer? if so, what are your thoughts?

ok so actually i have a sick disease where i can’t watch any trailers of marvel movies anymore because i start twitching like a rabid dog that needs to be euthanized. like i get so hyperactive so fast that it ends up stressing me out the entire day. don’t know what this disease is called but it troubles me

tldr: no i have been avoiding new content bc i am insane. everything i see is against my will

THIS IS SO REAL. I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO DID THIS. like, I tend to actively avoid content for the stuff I like because it gives me so much energy that I get kinda twitchy and hyper about it, in a way thats difficult to express and usually just comes off as like, irritation

(don’t come for me plz i promise im not a fake fan): i still haven’t seen no way home because of the twitches it’s gonna give me. I need to be emotionally prepared to be drained for a few days. chances are I’ll end up watching it on my phone at 3am the day before going to see BND

everything I know about nwh is from spoilers force fed to be by The Internet, and I can’t even be fuckin mad about it cuz that movie is literally like 4 years old atp

soop you are not a fake fan I promise. I have seen no way home only one time. it is (so far) the only spider-man movie I have never seen in theaters, I watched it at home. i actively refuse to watch it again. if it’s on the tv I tell my dad to switch the channel because it stresses me out so bad

I actually have the opposite thing where I play the audio of the trailer in my headphones along side the soundtrack for every iteration of Spider-Man, movies, games, Tv shows, all of it, and theme songs from the cartoons. And random songs I find on Spidey themed playlists and New York I love You. On repeat for the last 2 weeks

tony stark who is SO attentive when he goes to restaurants with peter. he’s asking abt every ingredient. there’s no vinegar in this? there’s no lemon? make sure there’s no basil. my kid is allergic. this is kosher, right? and peter is sliding down in his chair like pls mr stark im abt to cause a scene. stop. stop this. and tony smiles and pulls the owner aside and is straight up telling them: “listen, if there’s any of this shit in the food when I specifically asked to omit it as per allergy concerns, I am going to sue this place into the ground. we square? cool. thank you!” idk i just like mama bear tony stark

i’m not usually a biokid au fan but sometimes i am quite fond of them. tony would be very hyperconscious, i think. he loves something to worry about. he’s not great at routines. sometimes dessert is eaten before dinner. sometimes tony forgets to brush his teeth, but for the most part, it gets done. bedtime is always later than he’d like. so often peter will end up asleep while they’re in the lab, curled up on tony’s lap, where he had been listening to tony very calmly and dutifully explain everything he was doing. and tony isn’t a great cook, but he makes sure his son has a very balanced diet of fresh, good food. he notices peter’s little wheezes as he gets older, he’s quick to get him into the doctor. he’s meticulous with the expiration dates on peter’s inhalers and he’s always on time with putting in refill request— it’s the only time in his life he’s been so strict to a schedule. he notices immediately when peter starts squinting at words that are too far away from him. doctor appointment the next day, glasses the day after that. and peter gets self conscious that he doesn’t look like dad when he’s wearing them, they’re not all blacked out like dad’s sunglasses, so now tony’s got glasses too. easy. when peter has trouble focusing on reading big chunks of text, tony picks up on it right away. next week, peter’s got support plans in place at school, all drafted up. tony’s not a practiced father, nor is he the best one. but nobody can deny he loves that kid.
