I’ve literally been in psychosis for two months now. Watched Heated Rivalry several times back to back, read the books, got recommended the All for the Game series and got activated like a sleeper cell into shipping Andrew/Neil, so read it twice (plus Jean’s two books plus fic), and now bc of tik tok edits I have been awakened to the Whittaker/Robby ship from the Pitt so now I’m rewatching from the beginning so I can see it through new eyes … plus all of this happened when I had pneumonia and now I have a cold…

I can’t take much more, January isn’t even over yet 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

i laugh and there are many more emotions and i just can't express it i... i just thank you for writing it<3 it's a lovely story idk what to say. you're making me like starkercest even though i never like incest... starkercest might become an exception that too because of your writing.

i'm curious... How did you come up with the story anyway? it's too good! just everything seems to be there just perfect... i know i still have so much left to finish reading... i'll be bothering you with my reactions (unless you don't want me to) since i can't comment on AO3... i leave kudos each time i read the first part... i'm kinda addicted the to coming back to the first part still. it was a lovely journey and i craved more of the story and i've this Tony's version to read and it will be good too.

I’m glad you’re enjoying the story. 🖤🖤 To answer your question of where I got the idea for it… I used to be in the twd fandom and wrote grimescest fic, and I had a story where Rick and Carl were unknowingly talking to each other on a dating app (for some reason I’ve always just liked dating app stories and also identity reveals) and then fast forward a few years, someone was hosting a starker bingo and I wanted to participate. My card had “online dating” as one square and then “incest” and “identity porn” and I was meant to write a one shot about each but then I was like what if I combined them and make it a tribute to my other fic 🧐 of course I never ended up meeting the deadline for the bingo bc the story became 100k but I tried 🤣

I’m happy to read any of your comments/reactions as you have them. It doesn’t bother me at all. 🖤

And to answer your other question I don’t really consider anybody my “fan”, even if they read my fics. I speak with many people I met through fandom and I consider them my friends. So I’m always happy to chat. I’m extremely introverted and not super active anymore but you can still send messages etc. and I’ll respond when I can.

First of all omg i love your fanfics (they’re 5 star michelin chef’s kiss) and i was wondering…are you gonna write any new starker works? I simply devoured your fics, checked your profile and read some more and i just LOVEEEE THEM SO MUCH. A familiar stranger was peak and i lowkey really miss being invested into a fic sm. i believe you wrote disorder too? That was the fic that converted me from irondad to starker😭😭. I don’t currently have any starker fics on the go but I never say never bc my interests lie dormant until they’re randomly activated again, so inspiration for a new starker fic could strike me at any moment!! how at the end of Iron Man 3, we were reassured that Tony Stark would be back.

while for the other MCU heroes, we got this…

… not “Steve Rogers will return” or “Scott Lang will return” or “Peter Parker will return”

and at the end of BP, we see “Black Panther will return in Avengers: Infinty War”

We get their masked identities. Their superhero aliases. Their alter egos.

When we think of Captain America, Ant-Man, Spider-Man, Black Panther, etc., we think of them as the heroes who we could rely on to help us, kick ass, and save the day, right?

And what do we think of when we hear the name Tony Stark?

Here, Tony’s actual name, not his alias, is in the same position as the others, reminding us that Iron Man may be powerful, but the true person we can trust to come and save us is Tony Stark. Iron Man has firepower, but Tony has more to offer the world than just his armor. If he ever finds himself in a situation where he doesn’t have a suit, you bet he’ll find another way to save the day.

That’s what he does. He’s a mechanic. He sees a problem and he fixes it. Yeah, he has an awesome suit of armor that helps him kick ass, but that’s just a high tech prosthesis, an extension of himself, an amplification of his true superpower — his brain and his heart.

Even without Iron Man, Tony Stark is a hero.
