When Spiderman: Far From Home came out and we saw E.D.I.T.H, everyone was laughing at the acronym and saying how it was just like Tony, there's his famous ego and so forth.
What if the acronym isn't Tony referring to himself; but Tony referring to Peter. Peter, who was the lone if not one of the primary reasons that Tony risked his wife, biological child and idyllic retirement (and his life, which we're all almost certain he knew he was going to die doing this) to reverse the Snap.
We see the glasses several times before their appearance in FFH but they only get their acronym in the scene where Peter unboxed them. Knowing that Tony recorded the hologram goodbye for his family and that he wasn't wearing the glasses in the final sequences of Endgame, its highly likely he boxed them up for Peter before they attempted to reverse the Snap, at the same time as he recorded the message.
Sure, Bruce and Scott might have figured it out in the end, but it took them days and it only took Tony one afternoon. One afternoon and one look at a picture of Peter Parker, which he'd not only kept, but framed and placed in a spot where he had cause to look at it every single day.
Peter, who was dead at the time, but still a prominent cause for the saving of the world and the end of Thanos, the Destroyer of Worlds.
Peter Parker was dead, and he was still the hero that kickstarted the saving of the world. Tony Stark wasn't calling himself a hero. He was calling Peter Parker a hero. He named those glasses knowing that Peter would be the one wearing them.
