Well, it was 15 straight hours of work, but I really like the end result! :) <3
//Reblog because you people should really like the thing.. I worked hard on this.. xD
WILL YOU MARRY ME?
Hmm.. Well, you see, I don’t exactly know you who are, Anon. I mean, maybe? We could meet, and then date. But, well, I’m gay, so I do hope you are a gay man as well, or things might not really work to well. But, uh, I don’t really think it’s practical to accept your proposal at the moment, all things considered. For now, uh, thank you, but, um, no than you.

How do you feel about having friends from other religions?
I find it very insightful. I, myself, am not very religious, but religion is a very interesting and diverse topic and I have several friends of different religions. I’d consider myself Agnostic, my friends Quinn and Mercedes are definitely Christians, oh, and Joe, Joe is definitely a devout Christian. Rachel is Jewish. Brittany currently believes in Pastafarianism, though, I don’t think she really understands the point of it. And Kurt is Atheist, just to name a few. My favorite thing about the diversity of religions I’m surrounded by is that, if I’m down on my luck, my friends will have my back religiously. No matter their religion, they’ll lift me up in prayer or light a candle for me under Mary’s statue or read me something interesting, comforting, and applicable to my situation. I’ve found that, most of the time, religion is love. Sometimes, people get a little out of control with religion, and things can get tense, but I think people need to step back and realize that religion is a personal conviction, no matter what faith you follow. Be respectful of other religions, if you look at it the right way, it can be insightful. One good thing about having friends from other religions is that no question will go unanswered. At some point, you may find yourself struggling with something and your religious doctrine just doesn’t give you an answer for it, but if you share it with friends of other religions, they might just have an answer. Maybe it won’t be an answer that you’d agree with, but, because of faith, I believe that it would trigger your thoughts in the direction of what would you do. Basically, as long as you can respect each other, it’s a wonderful idea, I think. And, even if you guys get in an argument every once in a while, you could always join the inter-faith paintball league! My friend Joe is a part of it. It’s a place where Christians, Jews, and Muslims can shoot at each other without actually hurting each other. I’m sure they would allow other religions too! :)//OOC: Though I agree with what Blaine said mostly, I am faced with a few disagreements in and out of character, and I feel like I should give my two cents on this question as well. Sometimes your religion makes it very difficult for you to be friends with people of other religions. Some Christians, for example, believe in Hell, and that those who don’t follow Jesus will burn forever in eternal suffering. Blaine couldn’t really bring this up because I portray him as Agnostic, which means he doesn’t really understand the heartache that religion can cause for believers about non-believers. Nobody wants to think of their friends like that. A good reason to befriend people of different religions with an open mind and an open heart is that you have the ability to witness to each other. You have the ability to communicate your religious differences. However, to do that, you have to know firmly what you believe in unless you’re not so convicted to it. If you are willing to be changed religiously, it’s only productive to befriend people of several religious backgrounds, but if your religious conviction is specific and strong, you should be careful of religious discussion with friends unless you know, without a doubt, that you can make a good case for yourself. Also, religion can be like politics. If you do end up in a religious debate, know when to walk away for the sake of your friendship. This is difficult to learn. If you don’t know if you can walk away without resolution or you are pretty sure you can’t, it would be best if you just avoid religious conversation with them altogether. Whichever deity you follow, if you’re in a religion that prays, pray about it. If you’re in a religion that doesn’t, talk to those extremely knowledgeable religious figures that you know about it. Actually, that second one might be a good idea no matter what religion you have! I’m not a religious scholar, so my advice can only be surface deep, and, no matter your religion, it’s usually a much deeper connection and importance than the answer I can offer you. The best guide for this question would be you, the leaders of your religious affiliation, and your choice deity. Now, as a Christian, I’m going to end this in the only way I know how, God bless you. I hope I helped, and I hope I’ve been respectful of any and all people of any and all religions. :)
Hungryyyyy! -reach- Feed me!
Hey Baby! Are you hungry? I'll get you something nice to eat, sweet baby! -petting the bunny lightly, reaches in the his refrigerator and pulls out a few organic, baby carrots- Baby carrots for my sweet baby!! <3
What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world, and most importantly, why?
Bigotry. It shouldn’t matter what you believe and what you do as long as you aren’t hurting anyone else by doing so. Everyone is entitled to their life, be it by God or by man, there’s no denying that free will is something we are all entitled to, and for people to try and take that away from anyone, whether I agree or disagree with them, is wrong. It is unfortunate sometimes that people can make their own decisions and make mistakes, but it is also their right to make those decisions and those mistakes. Who knows, maybe you’ll find out they were right all along. It doesn’t matter, that’s irrelevant, what’s important is the freedom to choose your own morals, lifestyle, music, shoes, shirt, to have kids or not have kids, to go to college or not go to college, to marry or not marry whomever you want. The fact that people try to put people down because they’re exercising their rights of life is the biggest shame to me. I think we should all just let people be who they’re gonna be, do what they’re going to do, and, as long as they aren’t hurting anyone else in the process, live their lives to their own definition of “fullest"! :)
It's Been A While Since We Last Chatted..
I miss you guys, and I think that it would be totally awesome if you asked me some questions! <3 I'll answer anything you throw my way, in some way or another, I promise! ;)
//OOC: I'm very sorry I haven't been to active. I've been a little busy lately with a few things. I took a trip to A-Kon as you all saw, I saw Darren in concert, I came home, got sick, got better, and now I've been planning surgery. Oh, and the water park just opened in town, but don't worry, I will never, EVER, NOT EVER ignore a message from any of you. I've just been slacking on my "ask me questions?" posts. xD

D. For Darren’s concert tomorrow, I wanted to get him a present. So I bought these golden snitch lockets in artist alley and I’m going to give one to Darren if I meet him! :)

well I think I know what song I wanna sing. "Gotta go my own way" by the High School Musical Cast. I'm going to a new school next year and I wanna tell my friends in song like that. Do u think it's a good idea? -Lulu
Well, I love expressing myself and my feelings through song, and there's nothing else to make it more memorable for everyone involved. Just be sensitive with it, you know, let them know how much you care about them. It sounds like a wonderful idea though! Good luck! :)
yea. still sick but getting better. I also wanted to tell you that I am in a "End of the year Talent show. I will be singing a song that I have yet to pick. I need ideas. Megen says I should sing something by Demi. I don't know yet. What song do you think I should sing? -Lulu
A song from Demi Lovato? That'd be pretty cool, but the best way to tell if a song is good for you to sing is if it comes a little more naturally through your vocal range. Sing something that you like to sing and that you feel comfortable singing. Don't try to push yourself into a different vocal range that isn't you unless you're going to intentionally sing the song in a different vocal range. Basically, pick something comfortable that you like and just do your best! :)
Lemon is good. I think she saw I was sad so we took a nap. She says hi by the way. -Lulu
Awe! Poor, sleepy kitty.
Is your day better today?
Blaine today at school some kid hit me and everyone but my girl friends and the guy who I like laghfed at me. Also I'm sick as heck so my day is only going to get worse. I feel really sad. Can we chat a bit so i can get this outa my head? Thank you. -Lulu :-(
Of course we can, Lulu! I've missed chatting with you! Sometimes kids are mean, and I don't really understand why things are this way, but sometimes, kids try to make other kids feel worse so they can feel better about themselves. It's not your fault that these kids were picking on you and you were undeserving of it, I'm sure. I'm also sorry you aren't feeling well, but I hope that you'll feel better soon! :) How's little Lemon Drop doing? ;) Did she miss you while you were at school? I bet she's happy to see you now!

Today is concert day. What do?
On the importance of being who you are.
Well, I've had a busy week, somewhat emotionally draining, actually, but also important. Spending the week with some of my distant family has been kind of hard because they don't exactly approve of my sexuality, but I've learned to look past the bad and only see the good. My sexuality is my sexuality, it's personal, it's not something that should affect anyone else but me and whomever mutually agrees in pursuing a relationship with me.
I guess I just wanted to say that coming out is hard, and sometimes, you feel like the world is against you, but it does get easier, and there will always be people who love you no matter what. My family does care about me, and I know they're just concerned for me, but I just kindly told them that we shouldn't discuss it anymore and, because they love me, they dropped it. Sometimes that's the best you can hope for!
This goes for more than just sexuality too. There are always going to be things about you that other people don't agree with, but you needn't be ashamed of them, you just need to know how to react and help people see past them. Come out with those things too, don't pretend that they're some scary, forbidden secret; because then they'll only give you anxiety. Even if people react negatively to whatever it is, remember that it isn't the only thing that makes you who you are! Believe it or not, there's always going to be something people like about you too. ;)
Oh yeah, I almost forgot! If you guys have any questions for me, send 'em my way, please! :)
