Miss Eastwick’s Academy for Peculiar Young Ladies

Lenore Eastwick established the Academy for Peculiar Young Ladies in Glimmerbrook years ago, though its membership is highly exclusive. Some of the children arrive at the Academy as children, some in their teens, but all finding a safe haven to learn and cultivate their particular gifts. Current Students:

Dahlia Abrams - Creative, Foodie. Likes to find the solutions to life’s biggest problems. Determined and headstrong. Beatrice Blythe - Cheerful, Clumsy. Avid interest in all manner of flora and fauna. She hopes to open an apothecary shop one day. Shy. Athena Thatch - Romantic, Self-Assured. Often lost in the world of make believe. Wants the most what she is least likely to have. Dot Harper - Good, Loves the Outdoors. Can be broody and a bit of a loner, but when someone’s in danger, she can be the bravest of them all.

New Island Living Extreme Start Challenge!

Hello there! So, while diving in (pun intended) to the new pack I decided to start right away with the rags to riches challenge.

Another cat, Frankie, joined the family, finally adding a friend for Simon.

Meryl grew quickly, flourishing as a toddler and ready, it would seem, to take after her mother in creativity.

Madelaine met a new man when she returned to work - Florence Fournier. Their romance was fast and furious and Madelaine became pregnant with a daughter, Meryl Monroe.

After an unfortunate issue with the Christmas tree, where it lit on fire, Madden and Madelaine fetched a new one and decorated it just in time for a visit by a certain wintery gift-giver. Simon even got a present from Grandfather Winter, a new cat tree!

One night when she went to check on Madden’s spirit, in the room she had decorated for him, she found him returned to life. He told her he had made a wish at a fountain in the village and he was given a second chance at life. Madelaine was overjoyed. She adopted a kitten called Simon and gave him to her son. After having her family restored, she decided she would go back to work.

But tragedy finally threw a kink in the rousing successes of Madelaine Monroe. Her son Madden, who was supposedly being watched by Cullen, drowned in the pool at his birthday party. Greatly depressed by what had happened, she ended her relationship with Cullen and withdrew from the public life. One night, Madden’s spirit visited her. It was so wonderful to have him back that she decided she would stop her career and spend as much time as she could with him.

The baby was born and Madelaine and Cullen named him Madden Monroe. Soon after, life became a whirlwind. Fans would stop her wherever she went, asking for photos and autographs. She barely had time to think. When she finally stopped and looked around, Madden was celebrating his 7th birthday.

Madelaine was awarded a star on the walk of fame after making a blockbuster film, but soon after, she had to retire from the limelight as her pregnancy progressed.

Madelaine and Cullen were married only weeks after she won her award and at the ceremony, when the two snuck away for some intimacy during the ceremony, a new addition was conceived.

Finally Madelaine was nominated for, and WON a Starlight Accolade Award for her performance in a period drama about a same-sex couple in Victorian England. Judith Ward was at the ceremony and congratulated her on her success.

Meanwhile things blossomed between Madelaine and Cullen and she hastily made a proposal, despite only knowing him a short time.

Before she knew it, her acting career was soaring! She switched agencies and began being cast as the go-to actress for period dramas. She encountered Judith Ward again and was shocked when her favorite actress for HER autograph!

Madelaine is very popular with the men in town. Her charismatic and flirtatious personality stirred up quite a few romances, including the director on the set of her first television show, Cullen McNeil

Everywhere you look in Del Sol Valley, you can see the stars. Madelaine couldn’t believe her luck when she met her favorite actress, Judith Ward. The encounter was pleasant and, autograph in hand, she made the call to get her very first agent.
