Your characterisation of everyone, especially Aemond, the dissection of his psychology and how he’s been shaped by his experiences and Ella is SO COOL I love the way she thinks and how fleshed out and real she feels, especially her complicated relationship with Daemon and her siblings, and I ADORE Ella and Aemond’s relationship and the build up, they’ve had me squealing and kicking my feet up on multiple occasions

I’m very happy you like the characterization of these two. Exploring the complexities of a character such as Aemond is one of the things I enjoy the most, I love attempting to explain the mess that is his mind. He truly does contain ✨multitudes✨ (of disorders but that’s what makes him interesting ig). And I’m especially glad you like Ella, she’s the first main original character I’ve ever written, so fleshing her out and building her personality in a way that reads realistic has been a very enjoyable creative challenge. I’m always a slut for complicated family dynamics and complex relationships so it’s nice to know the exploration of these themes and the developing relationship is one of the things you love about this story.
