I finally managed to collect my thoughts about her into something readable. It's still a bit messy, but I don't seek perfection and believe that the way I write is cringey but genuine. Enjoy!!!

General information
Fujin is Raiden’s little sister. She is a young woman in her early 20s (to be precise, according to my hc she’s 20 and 4 years younger than Raiden). She was raised alongside her brother and his friend Kung Lao, and being the youngest, she started learning martial arts later. But despite that, she’s an excellent student. Athletic and light, quick and agile, Fujin has been compared to the wind since her very childhood (which soon becomes a vital part of her fighting style hehe).
Approximately after Khaos Reigns, Fujin is tested the same way Raiden and Kung Lao were, but this time, Shirai Ryu replaced Lin Kuei (we all know why). I like to think that Kung Lao did take part in this (if you remember, he asked to join), dressing like one of their warriors. This is where Fujin would start realizing this all was getting sus, noticing familiar moves and all XD
After Madam Bo’s approval, Fujin is sent to the Wu Shi Academy, where she indeed makes “an excellent Shaolin”. I couldn’t decide how to explain Fujin getting wind powers, I thought maybe I should give her some kind of an artifact like Raiden was given, but after picking some of my moot’s ideas, I decided that there’s a much easier way – to make her learn elemental magic lol. So yeah, her potential fully thrives when she learns wind magic. She’s so good at it as if she was cut out for wind powers. As weapons, Fujin is using a sword and a crossbow (like the og Fujin used to of course). She quickly gains respect among the initiates and Liu Kang’s as well. Soon, she will be ready to attend important occasions, meet Liu Kang’s respected allies and be sent on missions.
Fujin shares many of her brother’s traits, such as compassion and strong sense of justice. She is extremely optimistic, empathetic and affectionate. She can’t stand the violence against vulnerable people. Fujin gets bamboozled by each revelation that her childhood companions make (what I mean is basically mk1’s plot lol), and well, somewhat upset that she once again was the last to learn everything T_T But she doesn’t get discouraged since she’s finally found her place and new purpose in life. And when I say she loves people, she LOVES them and considers herself a protector of the innocent. Her closest people would protect and patronize her, so she strictly made up her mind learning how to stand up for the ones who need it most. This girl could literally hug the whole world if she wanted to. She strongly believes that being surrounded by people who support you is a biggest privilege for a person.
Buuuut I can’t say that Fujin is “all proper” like her bro. She’s way more chill when it comes to discipline and following the rules, and she can be a big daredevil sometimes. She is also very sentimental and tenderhearted, and she took Raiden and Kung Lao’s departure very badly at first :c
Relationships
Raiden
Raiden is Fujin’s dearest person and a biggest role model. The day Fujin was born was the happiest in his life. When they were kids, he would coddle her, shower her with affection and stand up for her. They obviously share a special bond, and she is ecstatic to become a Shaolin alongside her big bro. Raiden is protective, but in a sensible way. He’s always tried to give her space and let herself learn to stand up for herself. And he did a great damn job. When Raiden left Fengjian, Fujin was somewhat devastated because she was used to having him around. It was no longer fun in the village. But now that they’re reunited, Fujin can annoy his ass again :D
Kung Lao
OH DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THESE TWO. Lao is expectedly Fujin’s second favorite person, and I can say that they 100% match each other’s freak. The amount of headaches this duo was giving Raiden should be studied. The amount of money he’s spent on these two at the teahouse should be studied. The amount of times Raiden got his ass kicked for these two's shenanigans should be studied. Fujin genuinely thinks that Kung Lao is cool and fun and never turns down a sparring session or two. Some call Lao a bad influence, but Fujin doesn’t complain :D She's just as attached to Lao as to Raiden, sometimes he even considers her clingy and annoying, but deep down he shares this attachment and cares for her deeply.
Madam Bo
Fujin is Madam Bo’s favorite pupil, especially pleasant to train. Their relationship is very special – Fujin fills the void that Sektor left L Madam Bo spoils Fujin. She is also less demanding unlike with Raiden and Lao, but Fujin’s remarkable kombat skills are a living proof that Madam Bo doesn’t play about her mentees.
Liu Kang
Fujin respects Liu and 100% supports his idea of reducing violence. She tends to get a little too familiar but nothing critical tho. This is more like a part of her personality, getting friendly when it’s not exactly required.
Johnny Cage
Fujin is a big fan of his films actually. Johnny was looking for a female martial artist (in one of the dialogues with Lao), and she would gladly assist.
Kenshi
Fujin definitely admires him. She gives him much credit for fighting the system where he was raised and reclaiming a good name for his family.
Ashrah
Admires Ashrah just as much both for her fighting skills and her goal to reach absolution. They’re kinda on the same page, and Fujin looooves to hear stories about Netherrealm.
Shirai Ryu
Very positive about the clan and glad to have such allies. Sparred a few times with Takeda, Tomas and Cyrax. Dreams of being tested by Kuai Liang or Harumi one day.
Outworlders
Doesn’t know much of them yet. Is torn between wanting to kick its infamous personas’ asses and having no desire to know them at all. Only saw Syzoth in person. Secretly wishes to meet the Empress and the Princess :D
Lin Kuei
Fujin was very upset when she was told about the clan's fate and current regime. Feels especially sorry for Kuai and Tomas, since sibling topic is very sensitive for her. Does not understand Bi-Han’s motivation at all – for her fighting for peace and family bonds are top priorities.

no but let me yap about Miguel O'hara real quick- WHY does this asshole think the whole multiverse revolves around Spider-Man? I know the MOVIES only focus on Spider-Man and none of the other Marvel heroes but like it surely can't be a universal constant that a universe revolves around one specific person. Really anybody with the means to interact with other universes should be able to create anomalies. Hell, Fisk even proved that by being the instigator for all the multiversal shenanigans that occur with our main characters.
The explanation that makes the most sense to me is that Miguel is, how do we say, not a particularly mentally sound individual? I don't mean to say I think he's mentally ill, and I don't want to make light of a topic I have no grounds to speak on, but I don't think Miguel is as rational and knowledgeable as he presents himself. I mean first of all he thinks its perfectly fine to go into another universe and assume the identity of another version of himself, doesn't have any qualms about stealing this man's life without any of his loved ones knowing it's not their Miguel, and then when that universe is destroyed because he assumed the identity of someone who already died, he comes to the conclusion that every single universe will fall apart if they don't follow pre-determined events. He doesn't consider that a universe could mold itself around changes, doesn't take into consideration that he has gathered hundreds of Spider-People who never would have met eachother into one universe that never would have hosted this many Spider-People and the arachno-humanoid-poly-multiverse isn't collapsing because of it-- No, he sticks to the explanations that he has come up with because he isn't an expert on the multiverse, he doesn't know how it really works or what really endangers it, he just made assumptions based on one example and took them as concrete fact. He doesn't consider that what happened to him may be an outlier and not the rule. Nobody can sit here and tell me that this is the reasoning of a man who is right to have complete command of the spider-force or whatevever its called i forgot (sorry i havent watched the movie in a while), who's judgement of who is an anomaly- a threat- is totally correct. I'll cut my rambling off here before I write an entire essay: All this to say, I think Miguel is an unstable man who's judgement is clouded and is NOT correct in beating a 15 year old for wanting his dad not to die. That's what I interpret from his characterization anyway.
TL:DR, i think Miguel O'hara is delulu and should be removed from his position of power
I'm glad someone is also pointing this out. I call this the MCU effect of "everything MUST revolve around this one character otherwise the whole movie will fall apart".
Aside from Miguel as a character, I'd like to point out how X-Men deals with the concept of multiple parallel timelines and actually takes into consideration every single element that can lead to different outcomes (which is the premise we get for all the atsv movies, don't fuck up certain events because it will cause irregularities). It's not just about one version of a character, it's the entirety of a very specific group of characters responsible for a very important event, therefore when a new timeline/dimension is created, they are all somehow connected by that one event, and whatever the outcome is, it leads to the variation that corresponds to said dimension.
Now, it's very hard to define what logic should be applied to the atsv movies because the MCU is very inconsistent in how things work, are anomalies actually a thing or is it just a concept that conveniently exists for a few specific movies ? We might never know.
So I agree that it is silly to focus on just the variations of one singular character (in this case Spiderman), while maybe the cause of these anomalies is the constant use of devices that break the dimensional tissue of each universe they travel to and not just one teenager trying to avoid a horrible fate, just saying. I'd also like to point out the fact that, honestly, Spiderman is not even that important of a character in the grand scheme of things when mutants like Xavier, Jean and Wanda exist, I genuinely believe things will be fine if one Spiderman avoids a canon event, maybe focus on the witch that can create alternate versions of her life.
Now, back to Miguel, I do think it is realistic that after gaining awareness of the existence of a multiverse he may have gone a little crazy, obsessing over that idea so much that leads to him taking many questionable decisions, aka yes, he is delulu and for some reason everyone is listening to him. But I guess it comes to show that protecting the multiverse is a job that should be given to someone who actually understands how it works and has the ability to protect it, not just some random dude, coughs.
