I've come to the conclusion that when a person is hateful and puts others down, they are only projecting fears of their own. How we treat other beings is just a reflection of who we are, what is in our thoughts, fears, and insecurities.  We must be good to each other. We must love each other. We must show respect for all.

I feel this way everyday. The only other way to describe it, is I'm treading water and can't breathe. I know I'm strong but giving up seems so much easier than fighting this battle everyday.
