And just like that we'll slip right back into hell, get paid, and never face any consequences for our actions, ever.
Oh that transaction though…
So.
Blitz knew about the grimoire. Blitz steals the grimoire. Stolas finds out and confronts Blitz about it.
Instead of the evil owl prince from the original pilot, we get a very horny owl who romantically reads the theft as Blitz wanting them to see each other again. (Oh Stolas your love of rom coms is showing…)
Stolas, freshly emerged from having the best sex of his life (not confirmed but it’s Blitz so) would very much yes like to do it again and so bursts into Blitz place of work (yikes) and asks (demands) for more.
They have the sex and then just as Stolas is about to grab for the grimoire, Blitz brings up another excuse to keep the book.
Stolas, still seemingly oblivious, once again reads this as Blitz saying in a round about way that he wants to see Stolas again. (How it must feel for Stolas, to be wanted by somebody, somebody special to him.)
Stolas now wants to maintain this status quo, of blitz keeping his book as an excuse for Stolas to come see him, this symbol that connects them together.
This happens for an indeterminate amount of time, although it is unclear if Stolas continued to show up at Blitz’s office to demand sex or if Blitz ever showed back up at the palace. Now that Blitz knows he pissed off Stella he may not want to return there?
So, why the transaction then? Why turn this into a thing when their little ploy they already have established seemed to work fine for Stolas?
Well, Stolas eventually does actually need his book back in order to perform his duties, but if that happens, will their little game be finished? Will the preface of ‘needing to get his book back’ end their association? (Again I’m a little uncertain here, couldn’t Stolas have just barged in asking for sex anyway? We see he is more than capable of doing just that.)
Maybe instead of the uncertainty of how long their ploy will last, Stolas comes up with an ingenious plan. (Queue the infamous phone call from episode one).
He will make a deal, one where everyone gets what they want. Blitz can have access to his book and Stolas ensures that every month he gets to not only perform his duties but get bedded by his big dicked Blitzy. (From his dirty talk alone Stolas probably has a book already filled out with the dirty stuff he wants Blitzy to do to him.)
Without evidence to the contrary, it seems like Stolas almost flipped how this transaction would work. Instead of him going to see Blitz (again we only see this once but it’s all we got) Blitz now has to go to him.
To service him.
To be at his beck and call.
To be a dick attached to a body and just be there to show him a good time.
It may not be that Stolas saw it this way, but oh boy it would be very easy for Blitz to see it that way. To believe that all Stolas wanted him for, that all he was good for, was the sex.
There wasn’t a lot of information in this episode but I feel like just that little bit we got really set up the foundation for their year long misunderstandings. It literally started as one as soon as Blitz took that book and didn’t correct Stolas about his assumption about why.
These two I swear.
"She's the angel of death for me Oh, Millie..." ;;
Can’t get over the quiet way they showed the betrayal hitting twice for Moxxie here, both in all the ways his father was a shitty dad, which he’s known and lived with for a long time, but more than that, that he didn’t have to be. And that’s a whole different pain for Moxxie to have to work through. Crimson didn’t have to be, but he was. He could have made other choices, but he didn’t. He chose to be and continue being the monster who haunted Moxxie’s childhood. And exploring this feels so very relevant to the rest of the show: the idea that, as much as we are shaped by our environment, we don’t have to be beholden to it. Our choices are still ours

perhaps… perchance… maybe… Loona and Stolas art or Octavia and Blitz art? (Father-daughter bonding time !)
I might try Octavia and Blitz, because I really suck at drawing Loona, there's something about her face that I just can't portray well :/
But for now I've been in a terrible art block for almost 2 months, so I don't know when I'll be able to draw anything again. And the times I've drawn something, I've hated it so much that I've torn the paper and put it in the trash.
So yeah, I don't know when I'll be able to draw some Helluva Boss fan art, sorry :/
Surprise Stolitz commission for @/lucimax3 with the theme "reading cursive cyrillic"! this was challenging! thanks! 😂
Don’t use without permission, don’t repost, please. Ok to reblog! Thank you! 💛
This was a drawing I made for someone's birthday. I'm not the biggest fan of Hazbin Hotel, but this was quite fun to make
Blitzø has zero tolerance for creeps when it comes to his daughters!! 😤🔥
