Chapter 8 of Petals & Thorns is officially out! There's some artwork that I can't post to Tumblr because it's spicy, but you can see it on AO3, or on Bluesky!

As always, @damadipicche did such a fantastic job at bringing this idea to life, and I couldn't be prouder of the work we put into it! This chapter also has a comic planned for a specific scene 👀, but that'll be talked about a bit later down the line!

You know what season 1 episodes 4 of hazbin is actually a perfect episode.

The writeing is tight with out feeling rushed. The arks are clear. Like if you knew nothing about hazbin and just watched ep 4 you could follow along. It fits perfectly into Angel proveing to heaven people can change. It also does a very good job of humanizing Angel who up till this point has mostly just been kind of a dick. Pluss both Posion and Losser baby are peak songs.

Also "I do this all the time!" "You let people drug you all the time?!" Is a perfect line.

And yeah I did get the experience of watching my roommate go from "why is he like this." To "oooooohhhhhhh" and like that is good writeing.
