I listen to all kinds of music. But i prefer subgenres of rock: shoegaze, post-hardcore, midwest emo, indie rock, and alternative rock. My Fav Artists!:Slowdive, Hum, Deftones, Alex G, Current Joys, Marietta, PXNDX, Texas Is The Reason.

I really enjoy searching for secondhand antiques, usually consumer electronics from past eras. If they don't work, I make the effort to try and repair them.

I love customizing my avatar with clothes that suit my personality. If I can't find something, I customize it. I like making my own accessories and adapting clothes to my style.

I have a generally boring and busy life because of my job, I won't deny it, but in my free time I like to explore my creativity and interests. I'm currently looking for people to talk to, people with whom I can express myself freely. I'm tired of dealing with people with conservative views and so much religious repression. Actually, anyone is welcome as long as they have empathy and the basic tolerance of a decent human being. Therefore, I clearly won't speak to anyone who is misogynistic, sexist, racist, fascist, homophobic, transphobic, or who holds related thoughts or ideologies.

Leaving that aside, welcome stranger, I hope you like my blog, where I share thoughts, things that inspire me, or little snippets of my life ;)

We Are Here For You

I miss when my life felt like an episode of Skins. But don't get me wrong. I'm not talking about the excesses or surreal situations. No, I'm talking about the feeling of having a life. Having plans, a social life, reasons to wake up in the mornings. Being able to meet up with friends and not just go to a party and pass out. Just being there. Surrounded by people like you. People going through similar things. People in the same situation as you. Laughing and leaving your problems behind. Feeling "something" in your chest that can't be described. Letting yourself be carried away by the flashing lights of so many colors, while in the background Crystal Castles plays and you wish that moment would never end.

Or just staying a while in the park, without knowing it, making it into an unforgettable day. Drinking at night and turning that brief moment into an escape. Drunk, crying while longing for a better future, wishing everything would get better while we hugged each other, feeling like brothers. It's shocking to see how things change in just one year. Last year I felt hopeful; for the first time, I truly didn't feel alone. I felt like I lived everything my adolescence was supposed to be. I want to believe that my friends made the best decisions for themselves, and that's why we're not together anymore. I'm happy for them. It's just that I wish it hadn't ended, at least not so soon. So many unfinished conversations, so many promises… left for a "later" that will never come.

I feel right back where I started. Now all I can do is treasure those fleeting memories and dream that maybe someday I'll stop being invisible again. Not because I'm incapable of living alone or independently, but because I could lean on someone else, someone could walk alongside me again, and I alongside them.
