I don’t know if it’s been asked yet, but if you had to give your sonic sona/ your sonic self insert character a power or ability, what would it be?

I approve of all of those suggestions!!!

I typically say that my sona (me) has the ability to travel to different universes, that way she can enjoy whatever world/franchise she wants, and that's why she's always popping up places unexpectedly. She also takes on the look of whatever universe she's in (which is why I'm a fennec fox in Sonic's world, but human/humanoid in others).

However, if you know me from way back in my Naruto days, I also had a variant of me that went by the name "Evay Almighty" (kudos if you understand the reference) and she would do things like steal cupid's bow or other deities' tools in order to get her fav ships together!

So all of your suggestions are right on brand! I may be a mischievous gremlin, but I don't use my powers for evil. Just for silly, romantic shenanigans~ (≖⩊≖)

Nerd Inferno Update: HEROES CON, JUNE 12-14th ADDED!

I will be going back to Heroes Con in Charlotte, NC for the first time in a long time. It's a late addition but I hope to see some familiar faces along with some new ones at the show. I'll be at table # AA982, on the edge across from the beloved Indy Island where we always used to bunk.

FYI, I won't have many copies of Nerd Inferno at the show, so if you can grab one by hook or by evil online corporation, consider doing that if you're attending and want to get a copy signed. I'll be bringing what I can, stock-wise, along with original art and this and that. Dunno if I'm doing con commissions but it's a three-day show and if my hand's up to it and I have time I might take on a few. I'm not exactly sure how things will go, I've only got about a week to figure everything out and pack. Whew!

Hope to see a few familiar faces, and some new ones at the con. haven't been there in close to a decade, looking forward to it!

Something I learned is if you don't step out of your artistic comfort zone a little, you're gonna be even more exhausted with making art. Your mind is a caged tiger and it needs to attack something new from time to time. Your mind is pacing in its enclosure 🐅

If you don't like drawing figures and poses because they're frustrating, draw figures and poses and get frustrated! Draw them! With anger! Swear and curse at them!

If you don't like drawing traditionally because there's too much room to make mistakes, draw traditionally and make mistakes! Scream while doing it! Put on scary music! Make it silly!

This goes for any kind of craft or skill

You stand to lose nothing in the end (Except maybe your own patience and sanity but that's temporary). But you do gain at least a little bit more knowledge and skill to feed your mind tiger

It's hard to rank how uncomfortable this question is, because Theo is certain of his goal but also has a whole lot of feelings about it. Let's just go with an arbitrary 8/10.

Theo would be inherently perturbed at anyone asking about his pet project as he has told no one besides Hyden about it -- but even putting that aside, discussing his grief and his failure to process it is naturally fraught. In this instance in particular, he's stumbling around expressing a thought he knows is not rational, but that he deeply feels to be true. It's a belief close to his heart (or, more aptly, his soul), one that straddles the line between spirituality and delusion.

Though his voice is faltering and his grasp on reality is somewhat unstable, his convictions are neither. He will never give up on Mother. He simply can't.
