22/09/19 • 58/100 DAYS OF PRODUCTIVITY // yesterday i felt pretty low energy and blah, but i did publish a blog post with some first impressions of my first week in LA. i also went out for dinner with someone and we met up with some of her friends after, so i’m glad i pushed myself to be a lil more social although ohmygod my social anxiety/anxiety in general is like thru the roof rn. i think being in summer mode/not having a routine really does not help with that so i’m looking forward to classes starting on thursday
blog post mentioned
did some liiiiight yoga in the morning
updated my phone
edited some photos
took care of some emails for clubs
“Failure is the mother of success.”
— It is 2018 now, and retrospectively, this is the most important lesson I learnt in 2017. Failure is something I value so much personally, and now I post it on studyblr in hopes of changing our community’s attitude and society’s stigma towards failure. (via fightostudy)
exam season was rough but at least i had pretty pink flashcards to get me through it!! // ig: studylustre

Really question here guys? I’m on summer break now from Uni and I’m not sure whether I should continue my bookstagram/posting pictures of books here? It’s been so long since I was part of this community that I’m not even sure if it still exists …..
we’d love to keep seeing your photos here 😊 booklr’s a bit quieter than it used to be but there are still heaps of us around!
keep posting here!!! we’re still around <3
Prune your contact list yearlySome people say to do this once a quarter and if you have the time to do it, great, but I usually don’t. I find that the best time to get in touch with people that you haven’t spoken to in a while is to just send them a quick personal email or note once a year, at new years, wishing them a happy new year. Almost everyone celebrates it, it’s politically correct, and if you are lucky it can even rekindle a relationship long dormant, whether its business or pleasure.
