I love reading books. Being able to physically hold it, turn the pages and having cute bookmarks. It nourishes the soul

- Orbital, Samantha Harvey
It's my 13 year anniversary on Tumblr 🥳
Wow! Happy birthday to my blog I guess 😄
Listening to the eleventh Poirot book now and ah, it’s delightful. Hastings being such a poor lambkin and Poirot being so sweet with his luxuriant moustaches.
Current reads for two different book clubs 📚

Weekly Bookish Question #490 (May 3rd - May 9th, 2026)
If your current read was a weather phenomenon, what would it be?

Started this one today @oldshrewsburyian thanks for the recommendation!
I even convinced @themelodyofspring @appleinducedsleep and @mangoslixes to read it with me lol
I am so thankful that books & reading exist
🌹 📖
I think you would enjoy Samantha Harvey's Orbital.
Thank you for the recommendation! It does sound very intriguing and something I might really enjoy reading. I do like a Booker Prize book 📖
