op, i have even better news: via the shortest connection it's actually five! (finwe, finarfin, galadriel, celebrian, arwen, eldarion)

I was literally looking at the Noldor family tree and actively Forgot and Did Not See the Finarfin line despite knowing Celebrian is two generations 'older' that Elrond and thus shortens the path between them
