Guys how do you “not see it?” Let’s look at it logically.

Harry and Ginny are both extremely attracted to each other

Harry and Ginny are both very passionate. They feel strongly and believe strongly. And even if they don’t agree, they are clearly attracted to each others’ passion for things they believe in.

Harry and Ginny are both very physical people. From the moment their relationship began, they expressed everything they wanted to say and everything they felt through a heated, passionate kiss. I mean those two put their all into it (which we all know Dean and Ron both loved seeing ). They’re actions over words people.

And they would both have to be very passionate about what they think in order for a heated argument to come from it.

So let’s do the math.

Harry and Ginny, two people attracted to each others passion, passionately voicing their opinions. They’re all worked up and their adrenaline is flowing. Sharp jaws, fierce looks, strong voices, maybe some sweating. Active body language. Witty comebacks. Very intense. Both so angry and annoyed that the other doesn’t see it the way they do, but also so in love with each other and so in love with their passion and their strength….

They are not words people. So how do you think they express all those feelings? How do they put all this love and anger and passion into something they can communicate?

Let’s use our brains and think. All together now.

44. Who would dance in the kitchen making dinner? Would the other join in or watch from the doorway?

I head canon Harry as the better/more frequent cook, but I think Ginny would goof off more in the kitchen when she does cook. She'd be more likely to dance around in the kitchen, whereas Harry takes cooking more seriously and uses it as a time to think. If Ginny was dancing around while cooking, Harry would watch from the doorway. However, if she gestured for Harry to join, he absolutely would.

45. Can they fall asleep without the other?

Yes! One of the things that makes Harry and Ginny my OTP is that I think they're really independent. They choose to be together and they love each other very very much, but they don't need each other in the sense that they can't function alone. I think they are a great comfort to one another and that like any happy couple, they're bummed when they spend nights away from each other, but they're both strong and independent enough to be ok on their own.

60. Who pulls the other closer when they’re sleeping?

100% Harry. Even though he experienced very little loving touch growing up, I just can't help but head canon him as being very physically affectionate with Ginny. I can picture him so clearly pulling her in close as they fall asleep and thinking how lucky and happy he is. It melts my icy little heart.

I know all the plot reasons why it couldn't happen but imagine how hilarious it would have been if Harry and Cho during their first and only date at Madam Puddifoot had met Ginny and Micheal and the four of them ended up on a double date.

The combination of those four characters... God

I've never understood why JKR made Harry and Ginny's exes end up dating but never used it for comedic content, like come on!

I already posted this on discord for @hinnyfied's birthday but posting it here as well so everyone can read! Just a short drabble of a missing moment in HBP

"Excuse me- let me just-," Harry said, trying to make his way through the crowd of people in the courtyard. 

Ginny met his eyes and beamed. When he reached her, he took her hand and dragged her away. 

"Where are we going?" Ginny asked. 

Harry stopped in his tracks and turned around. "Oh, I'm sorry. If you're busy, I'll let you go."

Ginny shot him a look that was both confused and amused. "No, please do drag me off looking all determined. It's hot." She raised an eyebrow. 

Harry felt his cheeks heat up but said nothing as he walked on with her, hand in hand to a secluded spot on the grounds. 

When they were out of sight, Ginny leaned against a tree, pulling him to her. She was smiling as Harry's hands found her waist as he leaned in, kissing her eagerly. 

"Eager, are we?" Ginny said in amusement, her hand on the back of his neck to keep him close. 

"Had History of Magic, needed to-" 

"Say no more," Ginny said, her lips already locking with his again. 

"Wish we'd start dating sooner, like around Valentine's Day," Harry said when they took a breather. 

"Why?" Ginny asked curiously. "So you could take me to Madam Puddifoot's and we can stare into each other's eyes over tea in tacky cups? Because no thanks."  

Harry bit his lip. "Well, thank Merlin for that. I'm never setting foot in that place again in my life. No, I'm just fond of poems really." 

Ginny's cheeks and ears promptly turned red. "I was 11." 

"It was cute," Harry told her with a fond look. 

Ginny stared at his chest so she didn't have to meet his eyes. "No, it wasn't! Anyway, my 11-year-old self would be very happy for me right now."

Harry smiled.

"Back then it was just a celebrity crush… You know that's not why I'm with you now, right?" she asked, meeting his eyes again. 

He nodded. "I know. I can tell the difference, you know. You don't look at me like I'm an animal at the zoo." 

"How do I look at you?" Ginny asked. 

"You just look at me, like I'm 'just Harry '," he told her honestly. 

"Only you could find that comforting." 

"I know, I have issues," he said, shooting a smile at her. 

"You don't say." 

They both smiled at each other. 

"I want to spend more time with you," Harry said, kissing her neck. 

"Well, it's not my fault you got yourself detention until the end of time!" Ginny shot back. "Have you tried just keeping your head down for once?"

"I can't." He locked eyes with her. "You know I can't."

A silence fell as she looked at him. She did know. 

"Well, guess we have to make the best of the time we have," Ginny said, pulling him closer to her. He was happy to follow her lead. 

"Believe me, I'm trying," Harry said with a smirk, his lips landing back on hers.
