☆ about stellanova

stellanova is the name of my AU, characterized by the presence of a new game in litwak's arcade, stellanova: superstar stage, the most recent installment in the popular stellanova franchise. the au replaces RBTI but takes place about a year and a half after the events of the first movie. so if you see any characters you don't recognize they're probably stellanova characters and thus are my OCs ☆

stellanova: superstar is an arcade tie in to an online game, stellanova online, so the cabinet itself can connect to the online game and therefore the internet. and that's all the influence the internet has on this story.

☆ important stellanova characters i may mention

princess millennia - an important background character in the original stellanova game, stellanova (1992). an angel descended from heaven, she was killed off in a later entry and was forcibly reincarnated through scientific experimentation into JU-N0587.

when SN92 was in litwak's arcade, millennia was a close friend/situationship of felix, until she died outside of her game due to an accident, leading to her game being unplugged.

JU-N0587 (juno) - the final boss of stellanova: superstar. formerly a villain in a previous entry, they now lead the stellar guardians as millennia's successor. my self insert and also felix's baby daddy

princess maybelle - the daughter of juno and felix, considered the true successor to the late millennia and the first angel to be born in 1000 years.

I promise juno isn't an absentee father felix just has attachment issues and would go a week without sleeping if maybelle needed him to (she doesn't)

i imagine that maybelle was an easy baby, but even easy babies keep their parents up sometimes at night, and felix loves nothing more than taking care of his baby girl even in the early hours of the morning

juno is a very heavy sleeper, and even if they tried to get up in the middle of the night to take care of may, felix would just tell them to go back to sleep anyway. but they're always there during the day when he's at work, or when he needs a break, to take care of their princess 💜

⟡ her full name is princess maybelle millennia andromeda

⟡ her birthday is january 11 (1/11 because angel number?? get it???) i believe this makes her a capricorn

⟡ her favorite foods are peaches and pears. she dislikes oranges and pineapples

⟡ her favorite colors are blue and yellow (go figure)

⟡ she's considered a "true angel" in the lore of stellanova, though the only difference between her and juno are her white wings, lack of claws, and absence of ball joints. powerscaling wise, they'd be pretty evenly matched, which is saying a lot because juno is by far the most powerful stellar guardian.

⟡ she's considered a princess even though juno is not titled prince/king. this also kinda makes felix prince consort?

⟡ she's extremely beloved by the nicelanders, and her favorite nicelander is mary.

⟡ to juno, she's "baby girl," "baby angel," "princess," "blossom," and "baby maybie"

⟡ to felix, she's "honey," "honey pie," "honey bee," any other combination of honey and a cute word, "may-may," "sweetheart," etc

⟡ to ralph, she's "little stinker," "the princess," and "maybie"

⟡ she has a single star marking on her forehead, while both juno and millennia have two
