It's almost 9:45. On Sunday night. I'm caked in sweat drinking my shakeology before showering. That's right, despite the holidays and almost getting shin splints, I completed month 1 of insanity. Well, it kicked my ass for 28 days is more like it. Month 2, I'm coming for you.
