Chris Evans on Gifted, directed by Marc Webb.
Avengers: Infinity War Cast for Good Morning America at D23 Expo 2017.
But imagine what if diana lives some years, maybe hundreds or thousands years after present protecting the world, and then in a future year, she somehow meets this man, who looks like her first ever man, her first ever love, the one and only captain steve trevor,
and that man is captain james kirk.
Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger in Black Panther Teaser Trailer
a year ago today Sebastian Stan whispered “fuck the patriarchy” in my ear and tbh it’s the only thing keeping me going rn.
on a scale of Steve Rogers to Thor how well are you handling unexpectedly facing a friend in a combat scenario?
Oh, jeesus i did not realize it was the SAME PLACE and now it hurts SO MUCH WORSE.
#THEY WERE DRINKING TOGETHER AND HAVING FUN THERE SO HE WENT BACK OMG (via sebadasstian-stan)
It’s where Steve asked Bucky to come with him. Steve’s sitting there in the bombed-out ruins thinking about that night, about Bucky’s easy smile and the way he’d said “that little guy from Brooklyn who was too dumb not to run away from a fight, I’m following him,” wishing he could turn back time.
Bucky’s tour was up. Wounded in battle, he’d had a sure ticket home, but he stayed for Steve. Because Steve asked him. Because Steve asked him in that bar.
Steve is sitting there, in the same chair, Bucky’s chair next to him empty. He’s not just drinking to Bucky’s memory, he’s drinking with Bucky’s ghost.
never forget that sam wilson was the only one who considered that maybe the war still affected steve rogers
One of my favorite things about Chris Evans is that he runs like an absolute dumbass.
“He’s very fast and he also has a very unique run. I mean, it’s almost a dancer’s run. And when we tried to double him for running, there was nobody who could run like him. They just didn’t have the same dynamics or the way he moves, and he had to end up doing most of his own running.”
– Joe Johnston, director of ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’
He DOES run like a dancer cause he learned dance when he was young Like the boy knows how to tap you learn to walk on your feet in really different ways my brother and I both stand weird from dance training I stand in first or second position like 85% of the time or fourth fourth position is v comfortable but yeah yeah yeah dancers run different we land on the balls of our feet and then leap off cause we don’t run we jump okay very quickly and very small jumps And your hips stay locked which is not just a dance thing but they do I could always pick my brother out at football practice cause he ran like a damn gazelle And track dancers man chris you meatball (via thunderboltsortofapenny)
Hi also adding that he’s probably so hard to double in running shots because he fucking *bounces* all over the place. Which makes the fact that he’s a fast runner that much more surprising because that bouncing gait is a colossal waste of energy. I can’t tell you how long it took the coaches to train that out of my brother when he was in track (I keep talking about him and not me because he was actually athletic and I was just a very good fraud).
Also women often run with that bounce because we often get trained to walk on the front soles of our feet through dance, gymnastics, wearing heels, etc.
So what they really needed was a dancer or a woman to be Evans’s running double.
He’s the bounciest little shit it is genuinely amazing
(pictured: Chris Evans completely inability to hold fucking still)

That is amazing drawing!
Thank you so much! ☺️
people like to say that superhero movies “aren’t realistic” but what about that time Steve Rogers hurled himself out of a plane without a parachute rather than deal with a friend’s questions about his love life
why do people call people lightweights as if it’s a bad thing??? you paid 20 bucks to get drunk I paid 5 sry you’re sad
ok but i’m not picking your dumbass up off the bar floor after a jello shot and a smirnoff ice while you’re crying like bitch it’s 9:30 we just got here get up
Imagine your OTP

Quick note: each paragraph except the third is basically a time skip, as the third paragraph is a flashback. Just in case it’s confusing at all :-) may edit this again soon.

“I came here for sanctuary, away from the winds and the sounds of the city.”
He closed his eyes as he inhaled the fresh air, while recalling all of the memories. How you had danced through the long grass. How your eyes had crinkled at the sides as you both laughed together at nothing. He saw your hair softly moving with the wind as you stood on the hilltop and looked over the fields as the sun began to set, its bright rays illuminating your face in the most breathtaking way. A weak smile found its way to his lips as he remembered that moment. You had turned to him, your hand intertwined with his, and placed a loving kiss on his lips. He remembered that day so well, like it were yesterday.
“And hold me in your arms, hold me in your arms, I’ll be buried here with you.”
He sat on your bed, holding your dress as he stared at it, remembering that night. You had attended a formal party held by a friend’s father, and you had looked so beautiful. He remembered seeing you in that dress; how he was so stunned that he was speechless, and how you had blushed when you caught his gaze. It was that night when he realised he was in love with every part of you. He remembered how you had the attention of many other men at the event, but you only had eyes for him. You had taken his hand gently and led him to the dance floor, where you slow danced together and got lost in each other, his forehead resting on yours as your eyes drifted closed while you smiled softly. To him, you were perfect.
“As you fade away, I realise, it’s all over.”
–Flashback–
When he got the call, everything stopped. Time froze. His heart was the only thing functioning as it raced, almost beating out of his chest. The phone fell from his grasp, shattering on the hard floor. But he didn’t care. It took a moment for it to sink in, hit home. As it became clear that he wasn’t having some sick, twisted dream, he began to choke. He choked on the sounds of anguish that somehow escaped him without him controlling it. As his knees began to buckle, the shock took over, and soon tears formed in his eyes. Falling to the floor, almost in slow motion, everything began to hurt. His throat hurt, his head hurt.. but most of all, his heart hurt, as it shattered into a million pieces. He couldn’t control the sobs that rose up his throat. As the pain intensified, he felt the need to scream. So he did. He screamed, as loud as he was able to, his emotions pouring from him as the pain of his loss tore him apart. Not caring if anyone heard, he screamed and cried out for what felt like years, cursing the world as it collapsed around him. For what would he do now? What did he have left? What was he, without you?
“And I’ll hold in these hands, all that remains.”
Gripping the picture frame with both hands, he stared at the photo occupying the space within. A happy photo. His favourite photo of you. He remembered the numerous photos you’d taken that day, and how he had taken you by surprise for the last photo by suddenly pulling you close to him. You had giggled as you held his gaze, and he had simply smiled, knowing that moment would be forever engraved into his memory. Afterwards, the two of you had chased each other around the park, laughing wildly as you dodged people and trees. When he had caught you, he has whispered, “got you,” as he leaned in to kiss you softly. He missed that moment. He missed every moment, every memory he ever shared with you.
Now, he was sitting on your bed in the room you had once shared, staring at the ceiling as he clutched your pillow to his chest. The heartache never ceased, the pain never faded. He had forgotten how many months it had been, how many months had passed since the accident. They were never caught, never brought to justice for what they did to you. They took you from him, and it ruined him completely. He had stayed behind after the funeral to say goodbye for the last time. As he stared at your photo next to your casket, a single tear rolled down his cheek as he realised, this is it. This is truly the end. It wasn’t a dream; he wasn’t going to wake up soon to find you sleeping next to him with your head rested upon his chest. It was really over. In that moment, he realised, he would never be whole again. And he was right.
