Hi! Welcome to my blog, this isn’t my main blog it’s @duckgirl-28 , but I want this to be my main blog but I can’t change it in setting so whatever.

plz refer to me by she/her(im fine with they/them as long as its not all the time)and I want to keep this a relatively child friendly blog, not NSFW or anything like that. But I like darker shows like Hazbin and Helluva boss and others, so if you are uncomfortable with some language or violence steer clear!

I also love anime and headcannons, I have my askbox open sometimes, please be respectful if you can and I won’t answer anything controversial, but I love headcannons so feel free as long as your nice!(or drawing ideas I get artist block)

And if you want to spread hate or be homophobic, or transphobic, etc. I will kindly ask that you either leave or don’t interact

Does anyone else find it ironic that Pomni is specifically a jester? Not a clown, a jester

Clowns are those who make people laugh by making fun of themselves

And Jesters are those who make fun of others to make people laugh

Pomni never makes fun of anyone, and cares about others, and is pushed around and makes Jax laugh, like a clown

I just find it weird that she’s specifically a jester instead of a clown

Maybe, but I looked it up the difference between the two, clown humor is usually premeditated, planed and practiced in advance, Jesters are more of an improve, and have to be more resourceful.

Pomni is definitely not planning anything out she is riding on the seat of her pants, and she can be resourceful.

But there definitely is a bit of irony in Pomni being a jester as mentioned by OP.

Also apparently some jesters actually had some political power in the kings court. So… foreshadowing prerhaps?

I feel like people have been brushing over this scene but it could really play into the “Jax is an NPC theory”

When they’re all saying what happens when they hold their breaths, Zooble says “he refuses to tell us because he’s a coward”

If all the characters in the circus have something happen when they hold their breaths, why doesn’t he just show it, unless he can’t

It’s possible that the NPC’s don’t have this effect, and maybe it has something in to do with him being an NPC?
