One of seductive womans last words are "You look so much like your father" makes me think she actually knew him, as she is a godlike deity after she dies I like to believe she is in a paradoxical loop with the homeowner where she is his mother and lover and he is his own father and child. when The protag kills the baby its a metaphor for his father destroying his psyche via abuse which made him develop ASPD and become a shut-in, and then the homeowner dies and the baby grows up and the cycle repeats
