I'm still not sure how Jack Baker can get shot, stabbed, set on fire, impaled, blown up, mangled in a car crash, get bisected with a chainsaw, have his entire body from the waist up obliterated into mulch, then get his regeneration powers taken away causing him to dissolve into goo and STILL somehow come back... but then Joe decapitates him for like the ninth time and that time it actually sticks for some reason.

I still don’t get how he came back after the serum either… perhaps he needed a larger dose? he was a big guy and seemed to be perhaps the most advanced stage of infection out of all of them id argue. thats all i got

+ not really for op’s benefit but i have seen other people ask about it so ill add it here: theres a document in the yard in End of Zoe that touches on this! essentially Jack is just Built Different but every time he dies and gets revived by the mold his cells sort of get a little more fucked up till i guess they eventually just couldn’t regen anymore
