Love and support your woman at every size, and let her know that any weight loss she decides to do is for her and you're proud regardless.

You may have the best intentions at heart but when someone tells you they're fat or big, and you say "No, you're beautiful" you're telling them that the two are mutually exclusive. Say ***AND you're beautiful instead, to let them know that it's one of those unconditional and lasting adjectives that you really mean.
