Trip to the park with your big sib! 🛝

🌳 First, you’ve got to walk to the park together! Your big sib would make sure you held their hand the whooole way because they want to keep you safe. They would also get you to walk on the side that puts you furthest away from the busy road

☀️ Once you reach the park they let you go play for a while. Calling you over every so often to get you to drink some water. Staying hydrated is very important! Especially when you’re running around

🌳 If you wanna swing on the swing set your big sib will happily push you as high as you want for just about as long as you want! If you can swing yourself then they’ll sit on the swing beside you and you can have a contest to see who can get the highest (they’ll totally let you win though)!

☀️ If it’s an extra nice day, your big sib will have brought a picnic as well. Gotta refuel your body after all that climbing and swinging and stuff!

🌳 They know that going home afterwards can make you feel sad so they promise that you can do something fun together when you get back

☀️ Once you’re back they ask if there’s any fun stuff you feel like doing. If not, your big sib has plenty of ideas! Maybe a blanket fort? You can watch a fun movie together with your stuffies!

It’s okay if your regression doesn’t look like their regression. You’re doing your best.
