This is my epilogue to “Don’t Push Your Luck”

I thought the episode ended abruptly, and I wanted draw out my fanfiction epilogue to it. I didn’t really like the episode, and it only furthered my dislike for Big Fee and Hansel. I think Dolly deserved a happy ending after she gave up everything for her family. (Yes, Hansel and Dolly is my favourite ship from the show. Does it sound strange that I ship my favourite character with my one of my least favourite characters? I’m sure it does to some of you.)

The idea for this had been plaguing my mind since the first time I saw the episode. I was in Europe at the time, so I took whatever paper I could find at my Uncle’s house and doodled, which turned into the epilogue. (Hansel is not a very easy character to draw, I hate the way he’s designed >_<) I tried to stay close to the show’s style, but later on I decided to put my own style as well.

There was going to be an extra panel with Dylan watching Dolly and Hansel, happy for his sister for moving forward with… whatever relationship she had with Hansel. But I wanted to be done with this so bad. My iPad hated this project and it crashed way too many times for it to still be alive, it was very fustrating.

finally finished the ref sheet of my future comic's main character Emi.

i'm finally satisfied with her design AND my artstyle after trying thousands of times because i'm inconsistent as fuckkkkk

anyways, someone wanted more lore of my ocs n stuff, so here it comes:

BACKSTORY

- Emi comes from a middle-class family consisting of her little sister Rumi, her mother Jina and her father Sam, a retired hero, who's currently divorced with Jina and married to another woman while still having side affairs. Emi REALLY hates him for being an unfaithful and uncaring shithead.

- she and Rumi found out about their dad's cheating affairs behind their mom's back when they saw her yelling at him. Emi was 16 and Rumi was only 9 years old. From that moment, the relationship between the two sisters and their mother has become strained, and once Emi graduated from college she took Rumi and finally separated from now single Jina.

PRESENT TIME/RELATIONSHIPS

- now Emi works as an average office clerk, taking care of her little sister, (who's attending high school as a junior) and ocassionally going on dates with her boyfriend Oliver. - her said boyfriend is from another world, so that makes it difficult for both of them to meet sometimes. - she also has a slight crush on her office's security guard, Kristine Simons, also known as Kris amongst her coworkers. Kris, on the other hand, has a fatass crush on Emi but never gets jealous when she mentions Oliver. - right before the comic's events she bumped into a charismatic yet oddly mysterious man named Hunter, who helped her put back all the scattered papers she accidentally dropped. she immediately had a pretty good impression of him so she conveniently met him in various locations such as her favourite coffee shop or a park nearby her home. she didn't question how did he manage to appear in her favourite places at the exact time she was off work, though. PERSONALITY

Emi's a socially awkward yet sweet young woman, who has a heart of gold and is too emotional for her own good. she'd tear up at even the slightest sad thing she'd see like a dramatic movie or a sad book.

prone to anxiety and can overthink a LOT during any type of event like a date with Oliver, being late for work or something even slightly dangerous/embarrassing.
