Back again with the weird au (I don’t know what to call it )

There’s a few things that I would like to say about this au:

-Thought I would be funny that tsuna would think that Giotto is his father (We know how little his real father spends time with him), nana mostly like think he is always missing his father and find it cute, instead of alarming

-I like to believe Giotto knows how to speak Japanese and has no problem communicating with is great-great-grandson

- Tsuna wouldn’t be sacred of Giotto thanks to his hyper intuition

- I imagine that at first Giotto wouldn’t talk to tsuna, would even try to hide from him, because he knows what he was part of, what he created, he doesn’t want to involve him tho knows that’s futile but one day he sees tsuna crying cause he wants someone to talk to (or some I still don’t know, I’ll try to think something better) and would eventually give in and try to teach him kindness and confidence

- And also I would like to think he has a soft spot for tsuna and really just wants the best for him

- Tsuna would show him all his toys and try to give him some to play with (doesn’t work)

- Only tsuna can see him (after all Giotto is here because of tsuna flames) maybe with some training tsuna could reinforce his flames and try to use Giotto like a familiar ??

Idk that’s just some of the things that have been running around my head for this au, sorry for the rant

Digimon Frontier theory: are the children digimon? part 1

I have a few reason to belive Takuya and his friend were digimon. I've been drawing a lot about frontier lately and this idea got stuck in my head. Why if the children were always digimon in disguise with amnesia? I know it sounds crazy but let me explain:

First chapter: ophanimon called dozens of human children to shibuya station. she wants them to take a train. Depise she accidentaly called the hole town (i guess it was an accident, oopsie) she just need six kids. how did she know who were the heirs of the legendary warriors? who knows, they never tell. WHY WERE THEY HUMAN CHILDREN? because demografic staff(? bandai?

back into the chapter, takuya gets the call and gets absurdly insane to take that fucking train. doesn't know why, there is a part of the episode when he almost got hit by a truck and doesn't even care. WE, AS VIEWERS, DONT KNOW HOW HE MADE IT IN TIME, BOY YOU WERE IN THE FUCKING SUBURB HOW DID YOU RUN TO THE STATION THAT FAST??? (we talk about this later) but the real question is, why did takuya feel like that? is because he is the protagonist or plot stuff or is it something else? as long as the series goes takuya shows a strange six sense, his intuition about how his powers or plot things work is really convinient and i know this is for plot propose but the other kids dont show this hability as much as him. No even kouji who is to Frontier what sasuke is to Naruto Shippuden.

speaking of kouji, ophanimon tells him about misteries arround him and the real question here is: is ophanimon, the holy angel protector of the digital world, speaking about the insane parent trap that kouji and kouichi have been involved? I mean, she spyes children or what? that is what makes me think, what if she wasn't talking about kouichi? what if she was talking about something else? what we sure do know is that kouji actually has reasons to doubt, about his life, about his indentity, maybe about anything in particular. i mean, he was doing something important before the call, and doesn't even exitate to left behind all those stuff to follow the call of a strange lady who promise him answers for a question he doesnt Even know. Kouji Knows something is on.

I always felt like they wanted to do more with the frontier lore but never got to do it because the season wasn't as popular as past ones so it didn't spawn as much additional media to fill in the blanks.

Personally I think the frontier kids might quite literally be the remnance of the legendary warriors, or at least carry it within them. We know that the spirits are essentially the power of those digimon stored away to be used by new digimon/our human kids but we never really learn what happened to the *actual* digimon. We see the digi eggs of the evil spirits in the town of new beginings, we can assume that Chirubimon corrupted them and erased their memories like she did with Koichi, but what about the rest? Then there is of course the Flamemon incident which raises a lot of questions. Also, the whole Trailmon Dark thing? They never explained this.

We know that Trailmon are able to bridge the gap between worlds when the Archeangles let them but this one always confused me. This wasn't the Archeangles. They had nothing to do with that. What actually is that thing?

There is something weird going on here the show isn't elaborating on.

Infact the move to involve human children in the first place is suspect, why children? We don't have any age restricting lore in Frontiers like we did in Adventures, heck the idea of involving humans at all in some bit of desperation doesn't really make sense, and we also know it wasn't a random process, because other kids didn't have D-tectors.

That implies they conciously were looking for these specific children even if they didn't know who these children actually were. And then there is the whole Koichi situation, Koichi being able to make contact with the digiworld while essentially going into cardiac arrest is still one of the bigger question marks. Yes he was at Shibuya Station where the wall betweeen worlds was probably the thinest, but that still doesn't explain how a normal human managed to do that. And Chirubimon needing him in the first place is another interesting thing to ponder over. She had the spirit of darkness, but she wasn't able to attach it to a normal digimon? Personally I think this happened: After the 10 warriors were defeated and they were turned into Spirits the archangels sent the remaining data of the digimon they once were away to keep them save, or at least of the ones they still could and what better place to hide them then another world?

Flamon

A Digimon that was transformed into a half-beast, half-man form when Agnimon lost its power. It is missing the "Combat Instinct" that Digimon naturally possess, and moreover, it has lost power. However, it is a being that has inherited a Spirit of the legendary Ten Warriors who possess ultimate strength, so although it has lost power, ordinary Adult-class Digimon aren't a match for it. If anything, it has kindness inappropriate for a Digimon and is similar to a Child Digimon, counterbalancing its mischievous part.

Flamon is the actual heir of the fire spirit. Not some child.

The same with strabimon, the entrace says they are the heir of the light spirit. Then, again, if those Digimon are canonically the heirs. Why children?

Because they may not be children.

Digimon had disguised as humans before. But Even when they look like people they looks still remains to their original form.

I dare anyone to tell me this are not the same picture. Flamon literally looks like takuya's Digimon zona.

And it doesnt end here.

This Brat can fight pair du pair to actual Digimon. Zoe also won an food eating contest, she ate more than any digimon thereThey Even survive to lucemon's dead or Alive.

This kids are stronger that any other on digimon (except marcus but whatever).

My final conclusion is that Takuya and their Friends are Digimon in disguise with amnesia. Thats would explain why they feel like 'i have to do this' Even if they doesnt remember. Explain why when koichi died a part of went back to digital world.

And a Lot of weird thing that happens durango the show.

The real question is why send Digimons in disguise to the human world?

The differences between Takato and Haru

(This meta was requested by @digitalgate02​, who also assisted me with a large portion of it. Thank you for your help!)

Takato and Haru often beg a lot of comparisons because of the fact they go so against the usual “brash hero” archetype common to not only Digimon but also shounen franchises in general, being significantly more mild-mannered (on a language level, they’re also the only Digimon protagonists to date who use the more polite boku first-person pronoun instead of the more assertive ore). Haru himself even points out in Appmon’s very first episode that this kind of personality would normally be more suited towards a side character than a protagonist!

Because of that, Haru is often considered to be a spiritual rehashing of Takato, and many have tried to make close parallels between the two, but while the desire to make comparison is naturally understandable, the truth is that beyond surface temperament, the two characters actually have very little in common. In fact, both Tamers and Appmon take rather different approaches to their definitions of a “conventional hero”, and that results in both Takato and Haru having very different roles in the plot.

Digimon Xros Wars: Young Hunters Rewrite Idea

I've had this idea for a while, so here are some highlights. I like take forever to even consider writing, but this concept is genuinely super cool to me.

Tagiru is a human created by digimon. In the series, the digimon know that human bonds make them stronger, so trying to manufacture a human for the sake of power and bonding would be an interesting concept. The issue is that humans don't age like digimon.

With this in mind, Tagiru teaming up with Gumdramon makes more sense with the implications of Tagiru breaking through the seal on Gumdramon's evolution.

Tagiru wasn't frozen during the parts of the war that take place in the human world, and he knows what digimon are. He knows what they are because of his dreams, not prophetic like Taiki's were, but rather memories.

Tagiru grew up in the digital world until he was four, and the war started to become really dangerous. A digimon took him to the human world, where he was found by a young couple who adopted him.

Maybe I'll post more about it later, but other highlights include

Daisuke and Ryo being related and the consequences of jumping universes because you know your extended family. Like from Daisuke's perspective, his cousin and aunt vanished into thin air so drama.

i’m doing this for haikyuu on my kagehina blog and after reading Onee-chan by @patamon, i’ve been inspired to do it for my chosen bbys so here it goes:

daisuke teaches ken how to cook; you’d think it’d be the other way around, but if his mother isn’t around, ken resorts to depression meals. this becomes daisuke teaching the rest of the 02 kids cos hikari can barely boil water, miyako relies on her family’s convenience store snacks, takeru’s diet consists of mainly tv dinners unless he goes to yamato’s, and iori just wants to learn to help out his family

takeru starts calling sora Nee-san at like 12—it’s an accident at first but then he just continues to call her that and sora’s secretly warmed by it

you can’t tell me koushiro doesn’t game on like Steam or something, he really enjoys puzzle games. he’s secretly competitive and loves online play.

the chosen have a discord server that started for digital world-related things but evolved into a chaotic mess of digimon/pet pics, tv show/book/anime/manga/music recs, memes, school/homework help, advice, and other random shenanigans

so many memes. yamato & jou are tired

koushiro gets a dog. yes i know i wrote abt this already but i can’t stop thinking abt koushiro being a lonely kiddo and his mom knows

food is a great way to bribe someone—jou with coffee, takeru & hikari with sweets, koushiro with tea, etc.

hikari has a massive sticker collection, she hoards them the way taichi hoards video games

miyako is not above commissioning fanfics from takeru; she writes them herself too but gets a lot of writing pointers from takeru

mimi has a big following on social media and she pulls a lot of the other chosen into it, including an exasperated jou, a very confused koushiro, and ofc famous rock icon Ishida Yamato

after (prbly accidentally) learning that ken suffers from depression, the older chosen create a separate chat for mental health <333 they’re always finding ways to spend time together so nobody is lonely (lookin at you, takeru)

Tighnari is a switch, and when he's in the more dom mindset, he doesn't have any issue with you being much taller and bigger than him.

Oh, but he gets so intimidated and embarrassed when he's a sub.
