You know one of the HARDEST things about fic writing?

Posting chapter by chapter.

I spent months writing this fic, and it can be read in 1-2 days. So the timelines for us are very different.

I can’t ever tell if my writing comes off as out of place because a week for me is an hour for readers. I feel like I can’t gauge my timeline correctly.

Chapter 13 is out now! Up to 90k!!! Wowie!!!!

I keep wanting to go back and change small things that do not matter, but I really just need to keep going.

I’ve considered doing a second pass when I’m done with it, to refine it. We’ll see.

At this point I hope I get a chapter done before mid July, damn summer classes. Probably not.

So I’m maybe 2/3 of the way done with my fic and I was wondering if anyone had any writing prompts for SeriRei stuff?

Might be anywhere from 2-10k short?

Head canons, smut, kinks, general prompts or ideas?

It wouldn’t be for a while probably, but I’m curious!!

Maybe I’ll take writing comms at some point if anyone was interested?

I’m pretty open when it comes to writing about stuff, but I draw a hard line at anything underage.

I’m going to post a chapter today.

But all I’ve been thinking about is Serizawa and Reigens love for each other like…

For Serizawa this is new and at the forefront of his mind every waking moment, wanting to find the best in Reigen and love him no matter what (even if the shit he does is stupid of bad and they fight over it).

It’s so green and vibrant.

For Reigen it’s different, he has always loved Serizawa and knew his love for him could change from friendship to romance if that was something Serizawa was interested in.

I just find it soooo endearing to pick the person, a total devotion to Serizawa if he wanted it. But he isn’t waiting or expecting anything from Serizawa and is still passively attempting to find romantic connections with other people.

God just the yearning and the devotion of it on both sides. Like you are my person, no matter if we have romance or not, I’m devoted to you. I’ll watch you and love you from afar.

That’s why I love slow burn and I’ve spent over 80k of the words in my fic of them not yet being together. It’s so important. Guys is anyone listening? It’s importnnt okya it”s imPOR.TAN:T
