Sometimes you do things even when they don’t provide any benefit. They add nothing to your skills, resume, appearance, bank account or knowledge. Sometimes you do things simply because they make you feel good. Isn’t that the greatest benefit of them all?

A heart is a precious organ, without it there is no life, with it there is life, Its yours and you control it, feel it beat, listen to every beat and cherish it, water your heart, Protect it, take care of it, let it nourish, dont let it get plucked by a passer on the street, because a heart pain is the most unbearing pain a being can go through, so water your heart, and sheild it because it can bring you the worst pain ever.

Not everyone deserves your friendship, or your care, or your heart or your love. And some don’t even deserve the words that explain why you’re taking it all back. Even if they deserved your heart and your respect before, it doesn’t entitle them to it forever. Sometimes you have to adjust your behavior based on another’s, even if you were willing to provide that love unconditionally before.

Look at me, what do you see? Make an inference, go ahead and observe me. You see, you may claim to see two bright eyes, I see the dullness in bed with my little white lies. You claim to see I like to have fun, I see a girl who is practically done with the concept of fun. You claim that I am the light of his life, I see me crying because of him at night. Don’t see it yet? Let’s go for round two. I bet you I can win this round too. You claim to see that all is well, Me? I don’t think I can ever tell. You claim I prefer abstract… I guess you’re right this time, But I know for a fact you can’t name half the facts. You claim to know all these things about me, See s*** through my eyes then maybe you’ll see That next time you shouldn’t

I don’t think feelings change, not people. I think situations change. I know that it’s possible to dislike someone after loving them so much or to love someone after feeling so much hate towards them but, it’s not because people change, it’s because it’s not the same anymore. It’s because something made you think differently, something opened your eyes, something caused you to see everyday the way it is at last. It’s like days. Days can be cloudy, or days can be sunny but days don’t change, the weather does. And nothing can play a part in that or fix that, they can just let it be.

If you cannot weather the storm, then become it.

Oh my God, what if you wake up some day, and you’re 65, or 75, and you never got your memoir or novel written; or you didn’t go swimming in warm pools and oceans all those years because your thighs were jiggly and you had a nice big comfortable tummy; or you were just so strung out on perfectionism and people-pleasing that you forgot to have a big juicy creative life, of imagination and radical silliness and staring off into space like when you were a kid? It’s going to break your heart. Don’t let this happen.

There are people who are always in love with the sky, no matter the weather. One day you will find someone who’ll love you the same way.

One of the hardest things you will ever have to do my dear is grieve the loss of a person who is still alive.
