can’t believe people keep reducing enjolras and grantaire to a regular ship. this probably 30 y/o alcoholic who believes in nothing encounters Athena incarnated into the world’s most asexual law student and is immediately like “this is the only person in the world worth listening to” while knowing there’s nothing to hope for there but his respect and esteem, and in the end receives that as his dying grace. and you want to make them regular ass boyfriends arguing over who does the dishes?
