Hey girl! I know this is random and you don’t know me and we only follow each other on here, but I’m asking for a simple favour. Could you please pray for me and my family? My parents are in debt and if they do not pay a certain amount of money we could lose our house. They all need to have a little more faith in the Lord so that he can give them strength, comfort and hopefully financial freedom and stability. This is a very hard time because it also affects my studies deeply and I want to be good in school, so that I can one day have a well payed job and pay off all of their debts. Heyy girlyyy, I'm trying to loose weight and I was wondering if you could tell me if you have a workout routine or a diet?? Sorry if this makes you uncomfy 🙏🏼

Hii so I was really overweight before (still am but 80 pounds less) and the biggest thing is a calorie deficit as you can’t lose weight if you are not in one, so that means eating less than the calories it takes to maintain your current weight (use a calorie calculator to find out your calorie maintenance and deficit) and you stick to it and you will lose weight but also remember it’s okay to mess up and eat more some days as long as you are consistent in trying and eating less it’s fine to mess up a couple of times! And for workout I suggest cardio like the treadmill, taking walks, squats, planks, and lifting weights!! Weight lifting is important for building muscle as you lose it when you lose weight and remember lifting won’t make you super muscular since some people think that😭 it’s just for keeping you strong
