Literally the past 2 accounts I’ve made have been terminated for my 3D blogs when it’s not even showing anything, it’ll basically just be a rant of my eating habits and tracking my w3!ght.

I need everyone who comes into contact with my blog to understand that this is my diary. My feelings and my mental health issues are stored here so I don’t feel so alone with how I’m feeling. I always put TW in front of my blogs for those sensitive to certain topics but why am I being terminated while people who message me asking for n@k3d pictures & those posting full on pictures of $ħ are not????

Ugh, the fact that it been like an entire month gone since I posted is beyond me. I guess I need to be quicker if I want to be sk!nny by summer.

In other news I’ve dropped down to 167, might be water weight but only time will tell. I’ll be able to keep better track from now on since I got my new scale in the mail! The weight function is why I got it but it seems to also be about 80% of the time reliable/accurate on its body fat composition compared to going to doctors so I can make sure I’m losing fat not muscle. 💪

I just hit 170 🖤🩷 as a reward I am fixing my car up so when I drive to the gym I can appreciate having a nice car to ride around in.

I burned about 250calories today (8,000 steps) while high restricting!

I ate around 750 calories today. It definitely could have been lower but I had to go to a family dinner. I grabbed a small plate so I could get a full plate & them not be suspicious. Half the plate was like salad w skinnydressing and then I got alittle spaghetti so they weren’t suspicious of me. This is an estimate on the spaghetti but I only had gotten about a cup since I got a smaller plate.

Merry Christmas!!!

Don’t forget to increase your fiber and protein this holiday season. It helps a lot with b!nging. You should not fear the dishes your family makes but restrict how much you eat of it. Dont go eating like 3 plates of food now.

Tips: Get a small sized portion each of what you want, and never finish a plate.It makes your plate look full, you feel satisfied, and if you eat 2/3rd of your plate your family can’t say anything. Make sure to eat something full of protein/fiber beforehand so you aren’t ravenous at dinner!

I’ve found that dog sitting over the holidays gives you excuses to walk a ton + Christmas food

I have overall found that it’s easier in general to stick with your diet at someone else’s house when you have no sweets or junk there. I’m gathering courage to weigh myself come Monday. Fingers crossed 🤞

Your LW as Th!nspo

Since having a forced recov€D I gained like 40lbs so I’m trying to lose it back. I have basically yo-yo’d from 220, down to 130, then back up to 185, & now at 170. I’d like to get back to my LW soon. Like before summer. 🪽😞

I know I’m not as skinny as those girls you see th!nspo of. But I still have an €D, even when I was at my HW. I’m being vulnerable & that’s the first step to getting back where I was!!!

I think In the first & second photoI was 165, & Ik for a fact I was around 155 in the 3rd. In the last one I was close to my LW at around 145~ perhaps I believe

My GW is about 140 but I want to have a lower BF% than I did in the photo, that way it looks better on me than in photo. Part of the reason I have been lifting so I can be toned and (hopefully not lose my butt) 🏋️‍♀️
