Nothing pisses me off more these days than Russians crying about attacks on their soil that hurt civilians and calling them barbaric. After everything they've done. The fucking audacity of it.
I'm sorry kids had to die in a war you fuckers started.
But I'm not sorry that Russian people have to experience dread, fear and suffering because of their inaction and indifference and even support for a war that has left Ukrainians living for years in that fear, dread, sorrow, lives ruined, futures snuffed out, digging up tiny bodies only to bury them again at funerals. For years.
I'm not sorry Russians don't get to vacation in peace with their families and not worry about their kids being blown to bits in the night on occupied land while their country wages war.
We've spent years hearing "that's war" in response to Ukrainian loss, tragedy and horror of Russian attacks on civilians. The aggressor needs to feel every last bit of that nightmare too. I'm not sorry that this war might feel less comfortable for them beyond a few annoyances over travel restrictions.
I am not sorry that maybe, just maybe next time they ask "average good Russians" how they feel about the war on the streets of Moscow they won't shrug and say "doesn't really affect me" I want them all to feel it, I want them all to be terrified.
Do I want children or babies to pay for what their parents have wrought? No. But tough, bitch. I don't want Russian monsters killing Ukraine either but here we fucking are.
