“Gotta problem with my Uni choice?” Well, it was the Richards idea to go to Cornell, and their money paying for it, but it was her major choice so it was a tiny bit her idea. “So have you ever raced the big silver angry speed demon then or is that just an idea you have? Because I say you two should have a race, but like a mario kart race, because that’s the only kind of speed that matters.” She joked, pretending to laugh at her humor rather than his ‘flirty’ attitude.
“So what do you assist in then?” She questions, raising a brow, which in turn made the white eye patch on her mask larger. “Pointers, huh? Well I’m all ears if you have something to say.”
"Nah!" He thinks for a moment. "I guess I just have a problem with choosing any kind of school at all."
His eyes light up at 'Mariokart.' It's one of the only videogames he has patience for anymore, and it's not nearly so team-shattering for the Young Avengers as Mario Party (though honestly, that's not hard. Why they get so heated over losing a star beyond Tommy most of the time... until he loses one).
"I'd crush him at Mariokart. I'd be surprised if his wrinkly old man hands can even hold a controller. Pretty sure he has ten different kinds of arthritis." He shrugs, clearly amused with himself. "'Course, I'd crush him even harder in a real race."
"I'm assisting with speed, obvs. I heard you're pretty fast, Spider-girl. But you can always be faster."
He snaps his fingers, pointing at him before he shakes his hand. “I remember, now! You were at the New Years Party, right?”
"That’s me! You were there too, huh? Talk about a good time. It’s been a while since I’ve had a party that fun."
He pouts. "I missed most of it. I was off..." Not existing? "Doing weird space-time stuff. You know how it is."He shrugs.
"You definitely seemed like you were having fun, though." He smirks. "Room full of flying superheroes, and you're the one that climbs up to the ceiling. I can respect that."
“I could run and get you some,” he smirks.
Her eyes widen. “If you do I will love you forever.”
"Any par-tic-ular brand?" He cracks his knuckles and snaps his goggles on.
"Ah. So you’re like top tier hot spy chick, then."
"More or less. I am a civilian now."
"And they don't like that." He nods, pausing. "I'm guessing being a hot spy chick isn't all it's cracked up to be?"

"Well. I’ve sort of been… time and space hopping? My universe seems… really different than yours, though." He says. "We’re… definitely not as close in mine."
His mouth popped open in awe. “Y-you can do that!?” Before Tommy could answer, the younger twin glittered in his excitement, his powers reacting to his emotions. “That’s so cool!” A burst of light surrounded the two boys with bubbles, and Billy beamed at the speedster. “Sorry. Sometimes, I just can’t help it.” Truth be told, he was trying to cheer him up. Surely, it was upsetting to have some sort of disconnect between him and his own twin. That would have been … devastating to Billy.
He snorts under his breath. "Don't worry about it. It was pretty." If Tommy's being honest--and he usually refuses to be--it can be more than slightly uncomfortable for him, too. Billy's always hammered it in that they were soul twins and that they were family, but every time Teddy enters the room, or the conversation...
"It's not so much on purpose. It's kind of like universe tripping, really. I'll be in one universe and then BAM I'm gone."

{ currently at school i'll work on replies when i get home maybe but no promises. (i get bad stress headaches and its like 5 straight hours of classes so i might just. go to bed. sighs) tomorrow should be back to normal though!!!! }

"Oh, well I guess that makes you okay then," Vic teased. "My name’s Victor. I’m with the X-Men."
He held out his hand. The smaller hand.

"I’m not an X-man! Not anymore." He pulls the cat down to his chest and it started purring. "I don’t… I don’t know. All I know is Julian was mocking David for choosing an office job over going to Jean Grey’s."

The Avengers tower was not as rebellious teen friendly as one may presume, they didn’t even have daily basketball games. Well they did, but Iron man always ended up crushing her toes. And that hurts. A lot. So she’d talked to some of the staff at the Academy and asked if she could do a couple of extra classes on fighting and stuff there on the weekends, besides, she’d only graduated last year so it wasn’t like she was a stranger. The best part was probably mocking the younger kids who used to be her classmates, or playing with the littlest kids, it was a hard decision between those two.
Chilling up in a tree reading her Psychology book was probably not how most nineteen year olds spent their weekends, the majority of them probably didn’t have spider-powers either. Or super-spider-senses. The sound of feet moving at an incredibly fast pace registered before the swaggering blur approached, which gave her enough time to ditch the textbook [webbing things to a tree was a skill she learned from the big spider-guy] and swing down from the tree and onto the supple grass below.
Her immediate reaction was to start blabbering over how she had been working, thinking it was Quicksilver, yet a milisecond before she started moving her mouth at record breaking pace the smaller frame registered. Oh, it was the speed guy from the young avengers. “Spider-girl doesn’t take classes here, only pointers. I’m actually at Cornell, but this is like, Avenger training and stuff.” Anya explained, probably going into too much detail for talking to someone she only knew the name of, but that’s an unimportant matter. “So what’s the kind-of-fast guy doing here? Challenging people to races for cash?”
"Oh. Cornell." He repeats to himself, with a frown. That's way more intimidating. Fuck. That's like a real college. And here Tommy is at the equivalent of Superhero Middle School. He flushes only slightly before he shifts back into suave speedster mode. "Not kind-of-fast. Quicksilver-fast. Probably more like faster than Quicksilver, actually." He shrugs leaning an arm against the tree, a gesture he no doubt thinks is incredibly cool.
"I'm, uh." His eyes dart as he thinks of a lie, "a teacher's assistant, now. Yeah. Educatin' impressionable young minds. All in a day's work." If he realizes that's not convincing at all, he's not letting on.
"I could give you a few pointers, probs."
