“Not liking your job today?” Mark questioned with an arch of his brows. While he did have those days where he was frustrated with patients or surgeries, he knew that he would miss his job if he left for a long vacation. “Hmm, well there’s a lovely bar across the street called Joe’s,” the man teased, shrugging his shoulders. “The space needle is a must see, too,” the surgeon added with a shrug. He never was much for sightseeing, especially in Seattle. When he did do touristy things, it was with Lexie, which made him hate sightseeing a little less.
“One of the things I love about trauma is that its such a mixed bag of people and patients. But its also one of the things I hate most about it on certain days.” Marion admitted with a shrug. She knew it wasn’t the best attitude to have at work but she saw no reason to hide it. She was fairly certain she wouldn’t be alone. “Is Joe’s the local then? Where everyone goes after stopping work?”
